Thanks.
Actually there's a small ray of hope right now. It seems that the person does much better after receiving a B-12 vitamin injection. Upon doing further research, B12 deficiency is often mis-diagnosed as alzheimer's or dementia. Finger's crossed! They're going to bring this to the attention of the person's doctors.
Thanks again for the info.

Stuff like this makes me glad Nintendo went the SD Card route again. Relatively inexpensive and can be swapped in and out at will.

It's a bold move, IMHO, but not a big surprise. Capcom has had great success with Microsoft recently, with Dead Rising and Lost Planet being two of the handful of games that have been met with success in the tricky Japanese market. It will be weird to have the fourth installment of a game franchise on a system which hasn't had any of the other games in the series, but here's hoping they get ported over as a compilation title or something.
Things are definately heating up for the 360 (no pun intended), with this news and other great titles set to release. In case you guys didn't hear, Castlevania: Symphony Of The Night is up for download tomorrow. Have at you!

Hi Cassidy.
Thanks for the heads up! Did you mean DMC4 will also be coming to the Wii, in your first paragraph? Or am I reading it wrong?

I don't want to head to the final dungeon until Friday, so I was going to prepare for the Cave of Ordeals and maybe try and finish it tomorrow.
Then, randomly, with no warning, my mom's maid comes up and UN PLUNGS THE WII. I hadn't saved, so I lost everything. And then, she stands there and LAUGHS ABOUT IT, saying she meant to un plug something else. I felt like kicking the friggin' chair across the room....

Sounds like it's time for an Al Pacino style freak out..."YOU'RE OUT OF ORDER, I'M OUT OF ORDER, THE WHOLE *bleeping* SYSTEM's OUT OF ORDER! That's it baby! It's CHINATOWN!!!!"

Didn't there used to be a Droids cereal with 3PO on the box?
I'm surprised you coughed up the cash on that Zion, in light of the slow motion train wreck that was Episode 1...

I never knew about it, sadly, because I'm a cereal freak. Probably didn't taste so hot but I don't care. Would have eaten cases of it.

I would think so. Many people I know who are not gamers are interested in the Wii. I can't remember being so into console gaming since my original NES. What a great time to get back in.

I agree. I think Chalt's point is well received about Twilight Princess basically being GC Zelda II. Once Mario Galaxy comes out the Wii's success will grow exponentially, and it's already doing well. Follow that in a year or two with Wii Zelda and it's a lock to make this generation's race VERY close, with PS3 bringing up the rear. I'm waiting to see how The Sims Wii does. I'm thinking it could be somewhat of a killer app, as well as Super Paper Mario. I had someone at EB Games tell me that all their employees have reserves in for that and MP8. I don't think Nintendo has anything to worry about, and by the next gen they'll be ready to embrace Hi-Def which will keep them around for quite a while longer. I think the future of Nintendo is very bright indeed.

I'm curious because I believe someone I know may have it, and there's been no definitive answer from doctors yet, in spite of testing. The person may be going to a special clinic soon but not sure what will be discovered.

All right, I've rescued the girl and we're on our way out. We've just gotten off a ski-lift and have entered a building with the big, bald boss with the goatee. I gave him a rocket in the face but he splits in two. Very difficult so far and I had to sell my hand gun and machine gun to buy health spray to fight with him. That just leaves me the shotgun. I'm stuck, but for some reason getting stuck in this game is nowhere near as frustrating as it would be in another game. The struggle must continue...

Yes, though it's turned off.
I should add that it worked fine for several hours, overnight before starting up.

Most of mine have been sports game related, which I have always found to be satisfying in their "celebration" when you win a championship. Baseball Stars was good at this with the newspaper headlines.
How about most humiliating/frustrating game moments?
Mine has to be losing the baseball championships after being up 3 games to 1 in a best of 7...something the Yankee fans of the group can related to.
