I always was a little confused with the rebel fleet's strategy in that battkle. They didn't seem to have much. All they did to evade tie fighters blasters was have other pilots behind them take the hits and hope it gave them enough time to shoot the proton torpedos.

Even though Clone Wars made far less than Lucas was expecting, it still made more money than it costed to make. Until his stuff starts to bomb, I don't think he will give in.

But seriously speaking, don't you wish someone could remake the prequels? I would rather pick a stranger off the streets, than to have Lucas remake them.

Besides petitioning the OOT negatives restored and transferred on DVD and Blu-ray in anamorphic widescreen, lets petition for George Lucas to give rights to other studios to remake the prequels with competent writers and directors.

I bet Lucasfilm doesn't like seeing average joes making better versions of the movies than they did. Is that legal? Are those fan edits violating any copyright laws? I guesss not because I'm sure Lucasfilm would be all over them if they were.

Last night, I got into the website fanedits.org thanks to you guys. I think found heaven! Adywan's special edition revisted looks amazing! Looks like ILM work from people who cared.  Only problem is, I have comcast and I know comcast doesn't like bittorent downloads. I read that they throttle downloads from them to dial-up speeds. Is this true? What about rapidshare, do they frown down on rapidshare downloads too?

Wow, I just went to TFN and I don't think I will be going back. First of all, the colors they picked for the forum are so loud and irritating on the eyes.  It's too busy and too many useless posters . I like it here, the colors are soothing on the eyes, you guys are smart, and it's not so busy.

I googled ORS.com but couldn't find anything that was about the PT. What is ORS short for? I don't care what Lucas says about the movies, I interpret them my own way. Some of the stuff he has said about the OT in the commentary of the '04 DVDS was ludicrous. Like in the ROTJ commentary, when the Emperor was tempting Luke to strike him down, Lucas said that Darth Vader wanted Luke to kill him and the Emperor wanted Luke to kill Vader. Umm, that doesn't make any sense. The way I always interpreted it was this: The Emperor was tempting Luke because he knew Darth Vader would defend him and he wanted Luke to fight Vader so he would indulge in his dark side.

I haven't spent much time at TFN but I would have to say the moderators are definitely worse at the official site, but the posters are worse at TFN. On official site forum, if you say anything bad about Lucas, basically what will happen is the moderators will put 24/7 surveillance on you and find any opportunity they can to ban you. And it doesn't end there, they'll memorize the way you type so if you make a new account after you're former one is banned (which is called being a sock) the moderators search for similar posting types and will banned you if they suspect you're a sock. Even if you make 2 accounts and you obey their TOS (which is like 20 pages long!) they will still banned you because making more than one account is against their TOS. Even after 1 year, I made a new account and the SW.com mnoderators found me within like ten minuets. They talk dorky using one liners from the movies and act like they own you. The only kind of talk that the moderators like to see at the forum is basically juvenile talk about how great the PT is, how great the changes to the OT are, and how great Lucas is. If you go outside of that range, they want to ban you. They should just call it prequellovers.com. You'd be surprised though how many OT.com type people were there. When new of the GOUT come ouyt. There were people on there discussing how they wanted to send back the '04 disks too. Most of them are probably banned by now though. One time when I flamed Lucas on the SW.com forum the moderator replied: Right, flame the owner of the site, what a bright idea. Like Lucas is going to track down an individual that doesn't like him.

Well why doesn't Lucas film just put them on blu-ray now and that will probably help blu-ray be established as the media of choice. Most star wars fans would be willing to buy them again on blu-ray especially if the OOT is includedd with extra stuff. All these companies are afraid to adapt to a new media but they have to learn, you gotta get good movie/videosgames going on a media before people are willing to buy it. I would be willing to buy a blu-ray player if the OOT was on it and I think millions of other people would too.
