Changes you want (or don't want) to the 2007 archival editions
Time
I'd certainly like to see the OOT. It would also be good better (if Lucas insists!) to have 'angle' options to see the SE and DVD 2004 versions.

I would also love to see more of the plethora of Behind the Scenes footage Lucasfilm shot for each film. Empire of Dreams was great but I think both ESB and ROTJ could do with a closer look in a documentary.

The Sith Revealed 2.0 (Released)

This is exactly what my project 'Building Empire' is like, except with less (i think) behind the scenes material available. It really is a big job to get it all together and get it in the right place. The job then is to make it look cohesive with a natural flow - something that has been the biggest challenge.

Might I suggest to generate more interest for the viewer of your project that you put in an audio commentary from all the various sources.

Theses project really do eat up time, so be careful!

I wish you the best of luck!

"The Super 8mm abridged version has different takes of Luke talking to Han whilst astride his tauntaun, and Han saying 'watch this' as he tries to jump to hyperspace in the asteriod field. Although the dialogue hasn't changed different emphasis are put on certain words."

Well I have managed to get hold of part 1 of the Super 8mm Selected Scenes film of ESB. I have a projector on the way. Perhaps I can now clear up the rumor that there are different takes on there.

EDIT: Bugger! I have just realised that Segaflip is already looking into transfering the super 8 films!

Info: a Crazy Six Split Screen Preservation of the OT

It's not that difficult. Just put each of the videos on separate tracks in your NLE, and resize them so that all six fit on one screen. I could do this in a weekend.

This would be something fun to do at a later date - when I've had a chance to wipe some stuff off my hard drive. At the very least, I would sync up the first frame of "Star Wars" from the crawl.

Yeah, it's pretty straight forward alright. I might get round to doing something similar, just as soon as I have done everything else I can ever do.

Does anyone have, or have seen the "Feel the Force" documentary that aired in the UK? Was it any good? Was there actually anything new, or was it a walmart bonus disc-esque release?

I had it on my PVR until very recently. Actually it's a half decent fun look at the films with some UK stars imparting their views and experiences of the trilogies. It also showed some rare and interesting vintage toy footage.

Klokwerk

Thanks for that list - wow! I am certainly interested in the following

• John Williams interview from 1989 (Has a lot more rare Williams stuff, including a documentary from UK TV from 1980)

• Extensive stills galleries from SW and ESB
• Walter Cronkite visits Lucas at ILM during making of ESB (apparently very rare)
• Interview With Hamill & Ford on Today Programme (1980)
• Exclusive Anthony Daniels Interview (conducted a few years ago)
• The Lucasfilm Legacy (what is this??)

Thanks so much
