I would be interested in the clipper, yes!
Was just about to report the same! - http://www.mintinbox.net/Dossiers/Michel_Parbot
Yes, I saw that a few days ago. Amazing job!
Just found it. Page 81, second photo down on right hand column of photos.
"...in a scene that would be cut where Indy tries to find time for one of his students".
I don't thinks it is 'Susan' though. Different top.
I'm pretty sure there is a black and white still in the Rinzler book. My memory says its on a right hand page, top right, quite small. Shows student with Indy and Marcus.
Perfect. Thanks for your input mate!
I might have missed it but that actress who wrote "Love You" on her eyelids was in a deleted scene.
Not sure if you had that info.
Yeah, there was a still or two. Maybe I'll include it. Thanks for the reminder.
Nice concept Ash!
It will all be de-interlaced before release. Don't you worry. As for the speeling mistooks, I've already corrected many of them since this render. Thanks for your support.
I totally see your point. This is still unfinished. I haven't done any QC nor have i done the final mix down. I put this out to generate some interest. Already, someone had come forward with an offer of 'rare' video. I'll let you see the final version before I officially release it.
A @WiredGeekDad Exclusive: See the first 17 Minutes of Raiding The Lost Ark by @jamieswb bit.ly/uAAQ2Y #Raidingthelostark
Thanks dude!! Pace has slowed a little but that's just because I am waiting on some interviews. All is well in the Raiding camp!
Thanks mate. Much appreciated.
Yes that's a big problem with the method of titling I have. Maybe I'll find enough material. Maybe not. I might move onto BTTF!
Undeterred by the negativity from Sharkey (over at Raven boards) and 'another' individual on Twitter, I am continuing with Raiding. Many thanks to those who posted supportive comments and to those who contacted me directly offering their help and support. I really do appreciate it. For the most part this is a very giving community. A very kind gentleman came forward with scans of the Lucasfilm magazine.
So, I am around 90% complete. A good friend is currently doing some animation for me to include which will help flesh out a few things. I am still waiting to hear from Robert Watts but will be persisting with this one as I think he would be a great addition to the project. The Mangini and Muir interviews look to be next month and then I will be uploading the whole thing on youtube (after the QC team have had a look through it).
I very much looking forward to reading your reactions.
I am still searching for issue 30, aug 2001. Happy to buy it off you.
Indeed. Hey Ash595, I may need your QC eyes in a couple of weeks!
This is why I lose motivation:
Peefy - Thanks but I don't think I'll need that.
Ash595 - Looking good.
Mojo - That would be great. I don't think I'll be concentrating too much on audio differences but it might come in useful.
Does anyone have any of the Jim Steranko concept paintings in hi res?
I also really need the sword fight storyboards. They are in the LFL Archives book. I have the book in storage. You help would be very much appreciated.
Ah, I see.
Here you go:
I would love it if you could dig out the interview.
Was the panel from the DGA night?
Also, I have the 42 min Q and A session, thanks.
Thanks for your help!
This is the one you're looking for http://db.tt/GHPIbBX
I saw it earlier in the year. Really bad quality. Must be readying it for the blu ray release.
Thanks for the renewed interest. I don't think I'll bother with the cliff thing. It sounds like Spielberg will be releasing an unaltered version anyway. It's not like it has any real effect on the storyline. It's no "Han shot first".
I pictured it much like John L Flynn's article 'Looking Back at Star Wars'.
