any one ever do a transfer of these? The ced discs, the 8mm digest reels, or the vhd releases would also make for rare transfer stuff.

Considering the out-of-print nature of both Beta & CED, I would think it would be hard to actually do a conversion with anysuch equipment and hope for it to be of any reasonably good quality. That being said, I myself own SW on Beta & have Jedi on CED...

I can understand that some people don't like Temple of Doom, but wouldn't editing Raiders and Crusade together be kind of pointless? Plus I think it would make all the similarities between the two more obvious.

And given the fact that chronologically speaking, Crusade DOES take place before Raiders...

Anyone know an kind of program that can rotate the enitre frame of an AVI? I went to a show the other day & filmed some of it with my camera turned upside down....now when I play it, the resulting image is on it's side. Is there anything program/otherwise I can do to make the picture turn to the right direction?

It would probably be better to work with a lossless source, that way there will be less quality loss in the long run.

Is there any chance you could send me the straight AC3 track from the region-1? Theres something that I would like to check, but I don't currently have a copy of the disc on hand.

How do you recommend I go about ripping the AC3 from it then? I have DVDShrink, DVD Decrypter, SmartRipper, DVDAuthorGUI, VirtualDubMod, & Nero, but I don't really know of a way to go about ripping it using any of those programs...do you have one in mind?

Sure, I'll dig it out sometime in the next few days. I'll probably just make a direct stream copy of the pertinent section and send that to you. There shouldn't be any further quality loss, and hopefully we'll find someone with a full DVD anyway.

So what exactly is it you have? It's not the DVD, just like a avi, mpeg, etc kind of copy? If you do that, either send it by www.yousendit.com to hoichitheearless at gmail.com or just try and send it to me by gmail directly..

Oh and i'll check to see if the trailer is unrated or not.
