Harmy's STAR WARS TRILOGY "Partly Despecialized Edition" HD. !!! These version are now obsolete - Look for Despecialized Editions instead!!!
Time

Well, it takes me 3 days to upload the whole film, it will take an average viewer with an average computer about half an hour max to implement the audio fix, including downloading and installing all the necessary software (and at least the burning program you've got to have anyway) so there won't be any other version of Jedi.

Blu-Ray and other HD box size STAR WARS covers
Time

I put together these covers for  my STAR WARS TRILOGY PARTLY DESPECIALIZED EDITION AVCHDs:

Click for full size

I intent to print them on silver paper, so all the white parts will be silver, that should look awesome, I already tried that with my GODFATHER trilogy covers, only with golden paper, and it was brilliant.

I hope that people will add their covers for the various HD releases (like Wookiegroomers or Adywan's) here. I'd quite like it if some of you guys skilled at this kind of thing made some other covers for my PDE trilogy as well.

The ANH:SE Redux Ideas thread (Radical Ideas Welcome).
Time

No no, don't get me wrong. It works as a concept, what I'm saying is that it won't ever really work as a final product because there's just no way to slow down a footage of a fast moving object and not have it look unnatural. Believe it or not, I'd love to see an edit of the original STAR WARS with TESB (not ROTS) style Vader but I just don't think this is a way of doing it convincingly.

I'm sorry, I must say I could just plainly see that it was a slowed down footage as the movement looked very unnatural. Whenever you've got a movement captured on film, it creates a corresponding motion blur, the faster the movement, the more blur, now, when you slow down a footage of a fast moving object, the motion blur is too much for the slower movement, so even if you use some kind of frame interpolation technology to avoid repeating frames, the movement will always look unnatural. I think the only way to do this convicingly would be to actually shoot someone in a Vader costume...

I love your work on the '77 5.1 mix from the little sample dark_jedi of his V3 GOUT. To me it sounds so fresh and dynamic. Can't wait to hear it in it's entirety when dark_jedi's v3 release of his GOUT project is out.

Hey, you can listen to it now, it is included in my STAR WARS : Partly Despecialized Edition v2.1 AVCHD, which I know you already have ;-)
