Why not do what Adywan is going to do and make 2 different versions, 1 with Jason Wingreen and 1 with Temuera Morrison?
I have 2 questions: 1) Why is it called the Purple Planet Saga? 2) Why are you starting with the Sequels first or do you have footage from the other 6 movies?

In the duel between Luke and Vader, add the unused score. If you look up Boba Fett’s departure, you’ll find the video with the music. Just listen till you hear a new part. Also, add back Temuera Morrison’s voice, since you’re using versions without his voice.

The colors look great. The 2019 regrade is horrible. It almost looks like they put a beige/brown-ish tint over the film. Can you update us on this project, maybe with some more screenshots?
I like it, especially the picture of Luke in the throne room. I like how it gives off a sort of 70’s/80’s vibe.

Almost done? Wow, that was quick I didn’t now you could color grade that fast. Unless you’re talking about a specific shot to show us pictures and are know where near done.
Greetings, exalted one. I have been looking at this project for a while, but have only now decided to post about it. The Force Awakens is my favorite movie in The Sequel Trilogy. I feel like it has the best story, best action, and best acting. It’s for sure better than the TLJ and TROS. As of lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about sequel edits and what I would do with the sequels, if ever edited them. I have to say those color corrected shots look really good and almost look like shots from the OT. I have also seen some of your ideas for this project, like adding back in the deleted scene with Han in the Cockpit with the Dice. I would definitely like a link to this project. Being that it’s in a workprint stage actually makes me really happy for the future of this project. As one great man would say, “We will watch your career with great interest.”

One edit that I heard about and am really interested in seeing is Trooperman’s Shroud of the Dark Side.
Maybe I’m getting my colors mixed up, it could’ve been grey. I know that there was some sort of weird tent. Regardless, I’m glad you’re making this project.
Mr.9000 is correct, those flashes are amazing! They’re even better than Adywan’s! I love how it goes from red to purple to blue, it just blends amazingly!
I would like to recommend adding the Imperial March/ Darth Vader’s theme when he walks through the exploded door. My favorite one that I would suggest is Imperial Starfleet Destroyed , although you could look it up and find some cool results on YouTube.
Yes, I agree. It looks fantastic. However, this is supposed to be a reconstruction of the GOUT, which is the 1977 cut of the film, and I remember that version of the film having a sort of blue tint/shadow over the film. I’m actually glad you removed that, as that looked horrible.
I agree with removing the jump cuts, adding holograms, and giving Luke purple hair. It just sounds cool! You should also check out Aggelws’ Deviant Art page, as there is a lot of cool concepts on there, but you should give credit. I’ll post my other ideas later.
Speaking of Adywan, one thing I would like is for you to upgrade the Death Star battle. It doesn’t have to be the same as Adywans’, but just something to spice it up a little.
Another edit I’m really interested in seeing is %20’s, or as he is called on here, none’s AARRSSTW-WTSSRRAA. It actually sounds really cool!
