Boba Fett's death is totally lame and I hope that Ady will keep him alive for something. If he is not, then give him a respectable death.
With some editing, would it be possible to show the Clone War ground battles to start ROTS? GL considered the idea, but I don't know why he didn't do it.
I liked when Shmi said "can you help him", and the it cut to Qui-Gons death. Overall, it was very well put together.
Modern Lucas would have added an establishing shot from Coruscant of Palpatine's side of the conversation during the hologram scene. I'm actually surprised they didn't for the DVD.

I'm surprised Lucas didn't have Palpatine deliver the message in person just so he could add another ship landing sequence (I wouldn't be surprised if we saw Palpatine landing at the Senate to disband it in person in ANH: SE SE too).

How is talking about Coruscant being added to the OT, talking about the prequels?
If it's the same scene that I think you're talking about (the one with Ki-Adi-Mundi and Jedi storming the droid command center?), that scene would require A LOT of CG effects and audio work before it could be usable in the final film.

If that scene was re-inserted then Dooku with a different lightsaber color probably wouldn't make sense.

I think giving him a blue or green saber is all you need to get the point across. Then give him a red saber in ROTS.

There is nothing to do about it. It is just a part of the story. I think it makes sense.
I would be more interested to see Adywan do the PT rather than him wasting his time editing 4 star movies. If Adywan does a good enough job with these next 2 OT edits, who knows? mabey Lucas would give Ady permission to use his tech and edit the PT for him.
I don't know why he is editing ANH and ESB. His true test will be ROTJ. That film actually needs some work.
You make a very good point there. But I'd stick to the normal 4 lightsaber colors. None of that goldish crap. It wouldn't be a bad idea to give Dooku a green saber. In fact, I really like the idea. Anakin had a blue saber in ROTS so it would make some sense if Dooku had one.
Especially if Dooku had a couple of scenes in TPM in the Council or wherever.
The one thing I dont like is that we need to focus on the main plot, not Dooku.
Perfect was probably not the right word to use. I'm saying that a CG shot or picture that isn't possible to tell apart from a real life picture would be IMO, perfected CG.
Could I dare to be obvious by making Grievous into what is left of Darth Maul thus padding his character into more of a threat?
I have thought about that to. I even made a forum about it on Star Wars Message Boards. I got nothing but hatred toward the idea. I think it would work, but it would be very hard to pull off without having new scenes shot.

Looking at how far CG has come in the past years, I have no dought it will one day look real. Look at the jump in CG from TPM to ROTS. I have a feeling that Lucas is waiting until he can perfect his movies all at one time with perfect CG. There has got to be another addition coming out. Blu-ray?

It wouldn't break any pace. That would add more emotion to Luke's failure.
I wouldn't take out CG ships because those are very realistic now. I would however get rid of the horrible CG backgrounds and shoot in real locations. That would probably improve the overall acting to. I like the PT music however.

I understand that D Venal. But then again I dont. I get how the music thing wont work, but what about all the other stuff that Ady is doing. Like enhancing Hoth, Bespin and the Asteroid Chase. All of those are making the OT more like the PT. You don't mind that do you?
