That could work Bingo, but it almost would feel rushed. Yes, it would take some skilled cuts, but would it be a necessary addition? I'd need to see some mockups.
That is a good point Bingo. It would be nice to see the DS move away from Endor and get Endor on it's radar. It would make the whole walking into a trap line be alot more suspensful.
All of this would also make the Holocaust Theory make more sense.

I have to agree there shanerjedi. I think it is totally unnecissay to be added. The only think that COULD work is the fireworks being the debris of the DS.

The Endor Holocaust Theory relly isn't a bad idea, it just would be kind of distracting to the ending of the SW saga. It would make sense that debris would fall, but it's the end of the movie, who cares. There are alot more plot advancing ideas that would build a better ending that I would much rather see, rather than ewoks getting hit on the head with falling rocks.
We only have a few monthes to go!

I liked that clip alot more than the original one. I especially liked when Anakin used the force to save Padme. Very well done, now we just need to give this place a much needed visual update.

Why couldn't they change all Sifo Dias mentions to Count Dooku? Or mabey Qui-Gon?
I really liked the rough edits up the page. It really makes the film feel much more serious. I also like the emphasis on Qui-Gon, it seemed like in the original, he was mentioned one time and then they just moved on in the conversation.
Also, I didn't even notice Jar-Jar gone, he doesn't need to be in most of his scenes anyway.
If someone could make a mockup of Vader's changed line then that would give all of us a better idea on it.

I don't think the fog in the opening Dagobah shot would work. It is too dense. But, I really like the one that Bingowings did. It lookes way more realistic (like it was shot in a real location). It has just enough light and enough background detail to work.
I like the idea of Padme, but yes, at this point in the movie, Luke can only assume who Padme is. And besides, how could Padme think of Luke if she was already gone. Am I missing a possible edit idea. Also, how would DV know what she was thinking?
Couldn't it be possible to move Jabba's Palace somewhere else (another planet)? Change a few backgrounds and change a few lines and it could easily be pulled off.
I agree that Tatooine is overused.
I personally like the light added. There just needs to be fog to counter it. The light pic looks more realistic compared to the original. (Angel's pic is what I'm refering to)

The Sifo Dias mystery was something I didn't get until about my third time watching the movie. I first thought that Qui-Gon was Sifo Dias. I think Sifo Dias should of been Count Dooku. It would make it less confusing. It doesn't make sense because there is really no backstory to this Sifo Dias fellow. Why he would call for an army makes no sense.
