I feel like this would kinda diminish the surprise of seeing it in Empire.

It’d be nice if I could stream it on like google drive or something. I downloaded it but my computer wasn’t able to play it (it’s able to play 1080p but not 4K).

I did just realize tho, that would mess with the “Set the course to Alderaan” scene, unless the intention was to replace that one with the one you suggested

Removing the “let it burn” line also retains Tarkin’s cruelness by having it so he doesn’t destroy Alderaan because Sidious told him too but because he’s just that petty and cruel

Yeah that’s a good idea. I also think it’d be cool to add a shot of Vader watching as to not show Prydes face and also to just acknowledge that he’s there.

May I ask how do you the effect where you add a force field to the openings in the Death Star? Since you’re not doing the scene where Vader arrives I’d like to maybe attempt to do it myself.

this is something I don’t want to do and I’m still regretting it, but I’ve decided to cancel this project…
The reason is crystal clear: considering Ady’s and Hal’s efforts this project is basically obsolete. I will be releasing what I’ve completed so far which is quite a lot, The editing/fixes/audio are done, all that’s left is just R2’s light’s, lasers blasts, lightsabers as well as others, so unless you’re a sucker for continuity then this cut will suffice. this plan will also let me finish my other project: GOUT RESTORED which I think doesn’t have any competition and needs finishing. I may do a V2 of this project, later on, this time sourcing from the 19SE source, but that is still up for debate. so that is it folks if you want the cut then just pm me.

Looks excellent! I think it’d be good if the atmosphere was also on the left side of the planet but overall I really like it. The coloring of the throne room is great.

It looks nice, but tbh I don’t understand why people don’t just stick with Adywan’s. It’s like the only one that shows where that asteroid field comes from
