ITS HAPPENED-- OOT AVAILABLE FROM LUCASFILM
Time
I personally like them. Then again, though, I liked the '04 covers as well. *prepares for stoning* I'd still prefer the original poster artwork, but that's not the kind of world we live in. I'm not complaining.

EDIT: I just noticed that ESB's cover doesn't even use a picture of Han from ESB. He's in his black vest rather than his navy jacket! Bah! I like the navy jacket!

R2: Beep, beepity, beep!
Yoda: ConcentRAAAAAATE!
Luke: We'll never get it out now!
Yoda: So certain are you. Always with you it cannot be done.
Luke: Master. Moving stones is one thing, but this is totally different!
Yoda: No! No different! Only different in your mind! You must unlearn what you have learned.
Luke: Alright. I'll give it a try.
Yoda: No! Try not! Do. Or do not. There is no try.

Needa: They're moving into attack position! Shields up! Track them. They may come around for another pass.
Dude: Captain Needa. The ship no longer appears on our scopes.
Needa: They can't have disappeared! No ship that small has a cloaking device!
Dude: There's no sign of them, Captain.
Dude 2: Captain Needa. Lord Vader demands an update on the pursuit.
Needa: Get a shuttle ready. I shall assume full responsibility for losing them and apologize to Lord Vader. Meanwhile, continue to scan the area.

What are you going to do with your SE discs?
Time
While I did get a slight chuckle out of that, it might be going a bit too far to say that about poor people. Besides, DVD players are pretty cheap, nowadays. Some of the lower end ones can cost about as much as a more expensive DVD. Besides, what that Randy guy is referring to is donating them to charities, like the Boys and Girls Club, organizations that underprivilaged kids can go to, where they would have DVD players and other forms of entertainment that kids' families may not be able to afford.

EDIT: Wow. Apparently Randy and I had the same idea at the same time. Kinda creepy, but life is like that.

EDIT: Ooh, I forgot about this first line. I was trying to work it in at the bottom, but now I remember that I left it out at the top.
Random Dude: Sir, we have a priority signal from the Star Destroyer Avenger.
Piett: Right.
And now back to my original post.

Vader: There will be a substantial reward for the one that finds the Millenium Falcon. You are free to use whatever methods are necessary, but I want them alive! No disintegrations!
Jason Wingreen, I mean, the real voice of Boba Fett: As you wish!
Piett: My Lord, we have them!

Once again, you prove your lack of literacy skills. I said that no one has his/her "panties in a bunch" over your charity idea, which is what you claimed. And I quote: "Wow, who knew suggesting sending the SE discs to charity would get your fanboy panties all in a bunch?" And I'm so terribly sorry if my earlier remark to you left enough scars that you have to keep bringing it up. But if you're going to start flinging insults, you should be prepared to weather them yourself. But why should I try explaining rational logic to a troll? I'm sure it's all lost on you.

Should there be an ULTIMATE EDITION!
Time
Welcome to the boards, Je. Glad you've put some thought into this, but I should warn you that I doubt you'll find too many proponents of those ideas here. Most of us here prefer the theatrical versions of the Star Wars trilogy and are very much against it being altered in any way, especially to fit in with the prequels. But I hope you have a good time. Most of us here are really nice people.

They're just called kanji. And I know I'm just a silly gaijin, but I can't for the life of me find the usefulness in them. Each kanji has about three or four different interpretations, as a word, as its Chinese root, as its Japanese root, and as the individual sound it creates when used in a word. And the sound it creates is almost always easier to write in hiragana or katakana. You can use a three-stroke hiragana symbol or use a 15-stroke kanji symbol that can be interpreted the same way. Aaah, it's crazy!
