*giggles* I understand what you are trying to do, but you might not want to reveal your nerd-ism too much in this letter.

The only reason I brought that up is because we've done so much free publicity shit for Lucas over the years. Those troopers in the AFI tribute were 501st. 01st and Fan Force organized midnight release parties for the damn 04 DVDs. We did promos for thier Battlefront games. Like somebody said in a post on TFN "I love Star Wars, but I don't think it loves me back."

Story of my life.

I like that he had that in there. It shows that it's not just the stereotype of the angry anti-new Star Wars fans who protest and bitch about every new Star Wars-related release are the ones fighting this battle, but also the extremely supportive ones as well.

It will be great, to get to this film which we would much rather have as the main feature, you will probably have to navigate a bonus menu full of lego advertisments, game demo and trailers for the prequels.

Oh god. I didn't even think of that. What will the openning menu look like? The 2004 version was so cool, but as "bonus" material? Now I'm scared. Probably a pixilated image of Luke with a big shoddy button that says "Duh, Play Moovy".

It could be worse. It could be hidden on the disc as an Easter Egg and hidden so well that half of us can't even find it!

The Empire Strikes Back Script Game
Time
Did you know that we managed to finish this thread in exactly 20 less posts than its predecessor? Well, it's 19 now. It's really weird. We were sort of crusing along there for a while, but the last few pages have been zooming through. I guess that's how the excitement of this movie worked. Conversely, as we got closer to the end on the first thread, and we had no idea of the order of the lines during the space battle, we were just contributing a couple of lines at a time with no idea where to go. I wonder if we can finish the ROTJ thread faster?

Return of the Jedi Script Game
Time
Why did I have a feeling this movie was going to a problem for most of the people here. It's weird because, all my life, I was the outcast for liking ESB the most. Everyone else liked Star Wars or Return of the Jedi most with Jedi having the majority. When I come here, everyone talks about how weak Jedi was in comparison to the others and how much ESB is the greatest! Well, I'll give it a shot again. ^_~

Pilot: This is command shuttle ST-321. We are preparing to board. Deactivate the deflector shield.
Personnel: The security deflector shield will be deactivated when we have confirmation of your code clearance. You are clear to proceed.
Man with hands behind back: Inform the commander that Lord Vader's shuttle has arrived.
Dude: Yes, sir.

Return of the Jedi Script Game

Geez, that's weird. For some reason, my computer kept on claiming that my post was the last one made in this thread, and I was getting annoyed that no one else was posting in it! I was about to go do it myself anyway (apparently under the correct assumption that no one else knows the crawl ^_~), and I find that you've posted here! Well, anyway, I guess I'll finish it up.

Little does Luke know that the Galactic Empire has secretly begun construction on a new armored space station even more powerful than the first dreaded Death Star.

Once completed, this ultimate weapon will spell certain doom for the small band of Rebels struggling to restore freedom to the galaxy.[EDIT]...

Just Saw The Unaltered Trilogy For The First Time...
Time
Yeah, and I would have been 17 or 18 at the time (do you happen to know where that statement came from, YIYF, because I've never read it), and that's definitely not true for me. I know some friends of mine who threw out their Faces '95 set when the Special Editions came out, and my mom was encouraging me to do the same when I got my SE box set, but I wouldn't have it, and even though I've watched my SEs frequently (although I haven't watched those since the DVDs came out), I always watched the original set as much if not more often. Glad I wasn't forced to get rid of them!
