So has anybody here played Mario & Luigi: Superstar Sage for the GBA (I hope I didn't ask this a month ago, but I don't think I did)? It's not an incredibly hard RPG, but it's just so much fun! Honestly, it's the closest I've come to watching a continuation of the old TV series, where the Mario Bros. work as a team. And back in the NES days, when game narratives were limited, it was really the old DiC cartoons that shaped my image of the Mario universe.

I assume by "tracked", you mean previously used themes from the OT?

No, we mean chopped up music recordings from the earlier PT movies being reused in the later movies.

Well, I was actually referring to both. Clones only seemed to use some tracked music from Phantom, but Sith went totally crazy and had big recognizable chunks from both the OT and previous PT. I was never quite sure if I should feel nostalgic and happy or cheapened and cheated.

EDIT: Upon re-reading it, I need to clarify/change. I'm not talking about reusing the same themes, because, as a leitmotif soundtrack, Star Wars has always rearranged the same basic themes (like Luke's theme, Leia's them, and especially Ben's/Force theme). I complain about wholesale cut and paste of previously used arrangements, like a big chunk of the Luke/Vader ESB duel during Sith.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed?

To RRS, I agree about your opinion of the Empire being white male only, and I wish they would keep it that way. But it isn't the first time EU has had females in the Empire. All the way back to Zahn, Mara Jade was the Emperor's Hand. Rogue Squadraon had Kasaan Moor (or however the hell you spell her name) as the leader of an Interceptor Squadron, so it's not exactly unheard of.

They should just kill Aquaman.

Yeah, I always forget about aquaman. He's that superhero nobody cares about. But he is DC not Marvel. Anybody see the robot chicken sketch where they had a super hero big brother reality show? Everyone kept picking on aquaman because he didn't have any real super powers. It was pretty funny.

I like the episode of South Park called "The Super Best Friends" better, with the hero called Sea-Man that all the other heroes call Semen. LOL...that ep ruled. It's the one with the Blaine-tologists.

And don't forget Sea-Man's aquatic sidekick Swallow! Heh, that was an awesome episode!

Star Trek movie

I rather like that idea about Christopher Pike. As a guy who has recently wondered what Star Trek as a whole would have ended up being like if Jeffrey Hunter had agreed to come back after the pilot (especially considering he passed on only a few years later), it makes me particularly interested in what they could do with that character (or even his entire original crew) in a new movie.
