When burning DeEd to Bluray it's best to just use Catbus's 720p subs. That's what he made them for anyway. :)
You probably used subs from 1080p folder, Harmy's preservations are 720p.

Also, commentary for visually impaired is not on ESB 2.0.
There is 25GB Blu ray disc (max quality of course), and two smaller encodes, one 1080p and the other 720p.
I don't really like that idea, such transitions would be distracting.
For ESB, just add 42ms delay in Mkvmerge for all audio tracks.
For SW IMO it's better to just not bother, the extra frame appears near the end of the movie and you won't notice anything when watching.
