This file is fine, Youtube also displays Polish subs properly. The problem is only with ANH's file. :) For me it looks like set encoding to ANSI by accident in muxing program.

I downloaded it, and you've unfortunately muxed in incorrectly coded Polish subtitles. They're supposed to be in Unicode, or UTF-8, otherwise diacritics are messed up.
I'm still working on ESB and ROTJ Polish subs - I'd say I'm halfway through. :) I can PM you with links to the rest if you want.

IMO relase it with tracks you have now (main audio, 2.1 bonus mixes - isolated score, commentaries and all other cool stuff in english) and all subtitles from Project Threepio encoded. Then people could mux in whatever other tracks they'd want (e.g. other language dubs).
Also, I tried to do Polish audio, but ran into a lot of problems. I tried to find someone to help me, but no one could/wanted. I don't know if I finish it, but even if so, it'll take a while.
Guys, I found a source of Polish audio for Star Wars in pretty good quality (IMO). It comes from 1995 VHS relase, which was most likely 1981 version of the film. Harmy's interested in putting it in 2.5 relase, but I don't know if the timing of this version would fit despecialized edition, so a person smarter than me would probably be needed to sync it.
