Battlestar Galactica: Blood and Chrome (release date) I would have posted this earlier if not for the error messages!

It's holding my attention.  I am actually giving a frack about these characters. They are going a bit heavy on the returning actor cameos. I give credit to the people who can hold off for a complete presentation. I am sure that is going to be the better way to absorb the drama as intended by the creators. This is much better then "The Plan" as a post BSG series movie.

If you like NASA history, you may enjoy this rare footage.

Apollo 12 Multilateral to London, from T-21minutes to Meco.. Features heavy thunder boom seconds after launch when the Saturn V was struck by lightning. President Nixon in attendance. Note audio switching between music circuit (high quality) and backup, telco line. Archive release from undergroundvideouk personal collection. Note this is a PAL Feed from Washington, so the early NTSC to PAL Conversions shows how bad US TV was in Europe.. Low chroma and soft image slightly corrected.
A great launch despite the weather. Apollo 16 from T-16, with James Burke BBC science correspondent on site, to follow.

This is the best summary of what Tim's third film would have been like: http://www.mi6-hq.com/sections/movies/bond17.php3?t=&s=articles&id=01930

That made me think. This video here may just be the best look at what it might have been like if George Lazenby would have returned as James Bond under Guy Hamilton's style of direction in "Diamonds are Forever".

I was watching this again, and noticed something odd - there's these weird jaggies, like it was deinterlaced by dropping half of the fields. It gives it this really low-res look.

I know that this project has been completed for a long time, but is there ever any chance of a revised version without these jaggies?

Does anyone know how to turn off the credit text on the Bond DVDs?  I saw this video on YouTube of the main title from "Moonraker", and all the credit text has been removed.  The person who made the video posted in the comments section that the text can be turned off on the DVDs, but did not say how this is done.

Can anyone help?

Here is a link to the Moonraker video:
