I don't have a gun, but I plan on getting one soon. I carry a big folding knife in my jacket, when I go around at night. It is very old, so it flips open with the snap of my wrist.

I don't plan on carrying a gun with me, but I will definitely have one in the house. Night stand drawer, until I have kids. Then, I will put it away, and put a trigger lock on it.

I don't really like guns, but I hate people who abuse them. I would only approve of banning guns, if they could all disappear from the face of the earth at once.

I actually thought of being a police officer at one time, but I decided against it. I don't think I could keep my sanity with the things they see.

I always felt that it was a little forced on George's part. There was no conflict to his transformation, he just seemed to say Okay imma' sith now. George had so many opportunities to make the transformation have depth and reason. You could say that him becoming the thing he tried to stop was poetic, but really it sounds like something an unimaginative kid would write. I would have felt more satisfied with Palpatine using Sith mind control than the latter. He really needed to start the journey towards the dark side in AOTC. His character in the final moments of Return of the Jedi was that of a good caring person. The prequels show none of that. He was an easy to manipulate pig head of a brat. George must have avoided watching the OT for details when making the PT.

Bob, I don't know if anyone has said this, but I think you should have the movie end after the duel. Don't show Padme dying or the kids being born. No Darth Vader "Noooooooo" scene.

It would have depth, and would be a great cliff hanger. I think it would make the Darth Vader mystery work for the OT. And to further that, I think you should remove any mention of the name Darth Vader from this movie. We shouldn't know who Darth Vader really is until ESB. I think it could work. But this is only a suggestion.

I never took it to be more than a day to get to Alderaan from Tatooine. Something about the way they guy says "its markings match that of a ship that blasted its way out of Mos Eisley" makes me think it was fresh in their minds. Also, the torture seems to go fast. She resists the mind probe, they go to Alderaan, blow it up, and sit there for a bit until she cracks, capturing the Falcon while they're there. I don't think the entire movie takes a week.

I would say the beginning of the film till the Yavin scenes are 1 day. Then the Death star battle, the second day. Medal ceremony could be the 3rd or 4th day. Of course Luke said "I've learned soo much" in ESB. I don't think a day is what I would consider a big learning experience.

It serves its purpose.

Exciting. Like stated before, we do need some ESB and ROTJ too.

I would really like to see this done. This is a site full of OT fans. I think there will be some really good stories from people. We all have a good idea of what we wanted to see. Now we can say and do what we want.

I actually like your DVD covers better than the original VHS ones. They are the same, yet yours are a lot cleaner.
