That reminds me, has anyone heard anything about Jaws getting a blu-ray release yet?

They are working on one, no release date as of yet. They are also working on Indy Blu Rays, theatrical at that.

Speaking of which, Syfy was advertising the premiere of KOTCS, so I scanned forward to see "Raiders of the Lost Ark" as the title of the first film. Is Spielberg going back to the original title finally?

I've delayed my viewing of your project on the count of visiting family. I'll try to watch it within the next few days. There is only one Blu Ray player in the house, and my obsession with Star Wars over the years has caused my family to be disgusted with the films. I don't know why, I always watched them alone.

So how about that Google+ then?

so far it's me and 005 and not much else. Seems cool but yeah, early days and lack of socialness. I'm just there out of curiosity really.

Mark Knopfler calls em Deodorant Cowboys.

He's 'called' other musicians worse...

The little faggot with the earring and the makeup
Yeah buddy, that's his own hair
That little faggot got his own jet airplane
That little faggot he's a millionaire

sure context is key but still...

People thought he was homophobic for writing that. How could somebody who wrote a song like Les Boys be homophobic?

I like a lot of bluegrass. Country doesn't do much for me. My musical tastes are all over the fuckin' map, though.

I like old country. New country is just crappy rock with a twang.

And clean boots and a clean hat.

Pink Floyd The Wall.

This movie is amazing. Watch it.

NOW.

I saw Roger Waters perform The Wall live last month.  Still relevant today.  Lots footage from the film used in the show, great stuff.

Wow!

If only we could get Floyd back together again.....

Without Richard, it really isn't Pink Floyd. It's 2 guys who hate each other featuring Nick Mason.

I was raised to believe Floyd sold out after Animals so The Wall isn't my style. I'm rather interested in the movie at least though, sounds like an experience.

I always felt The Wall was more Roger Waters featuring Pink Floyd, than group effort like past albums. It's missing Rick's ear for quality. Still a good album, but Meddle, Dark Side, and Wish You Were Here are way better and easier to listen to.
