STAR WARS: EP V "REVISITED EDITION"ADYWAN - 12GB 1080p MP4 VERSION AVAILABLE NOW

Angel, did you say some time ago that you wanted Monroville to try drawing the carbon freezing chamber? I think he already did in February earlier this year.

Was this the droid you were looking for?

Edit: I see I've made a mistake. Angel was the first person to respond to Monroville's drawing. Ah well. I'll leave my original post up for posterity.

"...I wanted to nail those slime lickers!"

Hehe. What enjoyable dialog!

Has anybody else noticed that they have selected parts of Official Star Wars canon to disregard as having actually happened? For example, I think of the Clone Wars cartoons/animated series and most of the comics as elaborate fan fiction.

Kyle Newman spoke about how much he liked ANH:R in an interview. He is also following me on Twitter and he has said that he is excited for ESB:R. I've also been contacted by the writer of Fanboys, Ernie Cline, who kindly sent me a copy of Fanboys along with a copy of the rough 2006 cut of the movie.

Do you think you could post a link to your twitter in your signature, Ady? It's not hard to find using Google, but I didn't even know you had one.

That's what I mean. Add it in as if it blew out of his hand and it's mixed in with the debris that's blowing out the window.

Right: after Luke gets blown out the window, he grabs onto this bridge/catwalk-- his lightsaber is still no where to be found.

Next scene, he has it again.

=/

Watch from 3:40 to 4:20 here to see what we're talking about.

Ok. I just noticed a few things in Empire that I wanted to ask about. Sorry if these were mentioned before (and I'm pretty sure that some of them were).

When Leia tells the pilots about the evacuation, one of them is holding the X-wings laser (?). Then he let's go the prop moves. I think that a space ship/star fighter would be more solid. Hopefully this screen will clarify what I'm talking about.

Ady, will you be making any changes to the glass screens in echo base? They don't seem to be very helpful and yet the woman somehow knows when to launch the first transport (I think someone mentioned this but I can't find it so...)

Also will you change the panel on the Executor?

Finally, and don't get me wrong here because I don't want to start a whole thing about the snow battle but will you be replacing this shot (I'm almost sure someone asked about this ;/)?Thx.

Good findings Zak. I forgot about the X-wing laser prop jiggling, but it had always bothered me. Any small upgrade to the glass displays would be welcome. Weren't there similar glass panels at Base 1 during the Death Star attack in ANH:R?

Oh! I much prefer the forming star interpretation. At the end the tragedy that is ESB, when it seems the universe has turned on our heroes, we are gifted with witnessing the birth of a star system; a foreshadowing of hope as the fleet drifts past, inexorably carrying our protagonists toward their dark and uncertain future...

Roll credits.

That's a nice image.

Between galaxies there are vast stretches of black emptiness*. But even from our planet, which is nestled within the Milky Way, we can see other galaxies, the visible ones appearing as smudges to the unaided eye. So for this scene, there could be a 'starfield' beyond the galaxy in the forefront, but each 'star' would actually be a galaxy.

*ignoring quantum fluctuations.

All this is moot because Adywan has said he will be keeping the galaxy as is. That said, I prefer Angel's mock-up. I always thought the original looked weird, even when I first saw it.

"That's it, and I'm sure Skywalker is with them. Set your course for the Hoth system." -Vader, beginning of Empire.

"We have a new enemy: the young rebel who destroyed the Death Star. I have no doubt this boy is the offspring of Anakin Skywalker."

"How is that possible?" -Emperor Palp and Vader during the hologram scene in Empire.

Vader already knew he was chasing Luke; it even says so in the yellow lettered background blurb in the beginning of the movie. I think he was playing dumb to the Emperor, after all, Vader tries to recruit Luke to help overthrow Palpatine in the Cloud City duel, so he wouldn't want to reveal to Palpatine just how much he knows about Luke.

You can usually tell by the amount of particulate matter in the air. I mean there's a lot more smog at the end of the day than at the beginning, and it's the smog that radically alters the sun's color.

Numbers 1 and 5 seem more 'pink' whilst 2, 3, 4 and 6 look more 'orange'.

It's the same as Luke mentions Teleport in Star Wars, did he do this because he love''s watching Star Trek or because they genuinely exist in the Star Wars universe, and if so then why haven't the Empire got them and why didn't they simply beam onto the Blockade Runner ?!

He also talked about other fantastic things like speeding up time. Wishful thinking + an active imagination.

All those things are allowed for in a realitivistic and quantum universe; the universe we really live in.

But not in Star Wars! ; )
