Yeah. I would probably remove that whole line, to be honest. Hearing Leia say that someone “seduced (her) son” makes me uncomfortable no matter what pronouns you use or whether you follow it up with “to the dark side.”
I’d be interested, but where would we even find audio of the Sith language? I can’t think of an instance of it being spoken in the movies. I guess KOTOR has a lot of alien voice lines, but I can’t remember any of them that sound like Palpatine.

That’s interesting. I could see that working - someone would just have to think of a phrase to the effect of “We’re going to Exegol” but that matches the lip movements of “tell him we’ve found our spy”. Challenging, but not impossible.
Make every line of dialogue in the series out-of-sync with the mouth movements, to really sell the idea that the characters aren’t actually speaking English.

My problem with adding dialogue for Leia is, in TROS she comes across as very still and subdued, the use of the lines from other media seems to contradict her subdued nature.

Jar Jar’s question: I don’t think it has to do with the loudness; though, honestly, I don’t really know what it is that makes it sound different. If I had to guess, I’d say it’s that higher frequencies travel farther, so when someone’s mouth is right next to a microphone it sounds more bass-heavy than what you’d hear if you were talking to them at a reasonable distance.
I feel like part of the problem with Leia’s dialogue in that scene is that the line “don’t tell me what things look like, tell me what they are” sounds… wrong somehow, in terms of audio quality. Like it was recorded on a completely different microphone much closer to her face compared to the rest of the dialogue in that scene.
I wonder how well it would work if the Justice League’s flash-forward, specifically the part where Superman kills them, replaces Bruce’s knightmare in BVS. The fact that it shows the Flash might make it clear that it’s not just a nightmare, but an actual look at the timeline they’re trying to avoid. Plus, putting that scene earlier might make Justice League’s ending feel more resolved. Although I feel like I can’t comment too much on the sub-plot since I haven’t watched BVS, Ultimate edition or otherwise, in like 4 years.
I feel like this movie would work well in 2 parts, a la Kill Bill. Part 1 ends after Stryker’s island; Cyborg reveals he has the mother box, then Steppenwolf reveals the “anti-life equation.” Part 2 starts with Martha’s conversation with Lois, then goes back to the Justice League when they talk about reviving superman, and the story continues from there.
Sherlock, I think the way the nav-tower works is that they didn’t blow it up, they blew up the power source for it, which delayed the ships taking off. Though it’s not at all clear in the movie, I’m pretty sure that was their plan all along - to just stall the fleet long enough for Lando & Co to arrive (because if deactivating the tower is enough to stop the fleet then why do they need Lando’s help at all?). It isn’t until Finn & Jannah destroy the command deck that the fleet gets stuck there for good.
