RIP VHS
Time

I still remember my VCR, my family sold it in a garage sale around 2009. Never had Star Wars on VHS though, I grew up watching the 2004 DVD Editions of the OT and my parents never bothered buying the prequels. Now I wish I did have it on VHS, the 97 SEs would’ve atleast been somewhat more bearable than what I grew up watching.

Smithers' Prequel Fanedits (a Work In Progress)

As requested, here’s a clip that I like but need some feedback on. As a kid I remembered the scene as more of an important character moment where Qui-Gon is seen meditating and doing the right thing whereas Obi-Wan grows impatient. I rescored the scene to make it more intriguing. Let me know what you think!

It’s a nice choice, but it seems a bit too over the top dramatic for me. Maybe try combining it with different tracks, something like this perhaps? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fr4GYVCXCds

The Random Star Wars Pics & GIFs Thread

Nope. Lucas having no say over the direction of Star Wars is the best thing that could have happened to it.

EDIT:

With the notable exception of the EU being scrapped

It’s actually just a T Shirt I found on a “prequel appreciation” site. So I wouldn’t expect to see any human wearing this besides well, a prequel fan.

Help Wanted: Star Wars The Force Awakens: 1986 Edition
Time

Don’t forget your trying to make this look like it’s from ‘86, if you use too much stuff from the OT people will start to notice. For TIE/X-Wing explosions, don’t be afraid to steal special effects from other movies/TV shows from the 80s. If you can, see if you can get ahold of model kits for the Falcon, X-Wing and TIE then modify them to fit their TFA likeness’ and use them to replace the CG ships.

Hey everyone. I wanted to know if there is a TPM fan edit out there that Redubs Jar-Jar and makes it look like the the clone wars begin at therms of the movie?

There’s quite a few that redub Jar Jar’s voice, the only one I know of that has the clone wars start in TPM is Smither’s edit, but that’s still incomplete at this point.
