It’s really not worth the money or time. The first reaction a random person finding a copy on a shelf is going to be something like “What’s this, isn’t this that one Star Wars thing that was shown only once and never seen again because it was so terrible?”. Or if you want to go full purist, it would something like “Huh? First more female characters and now this? Disney will do anything for a quarter! Fuck this shit, Star Wars is dead!”. But even then we don’t even need an official release anyway since we can simply punch “Star Wars Holiday Special” into Youtube and find full, unedited bootleg copies.

Doesn’t really count as a movie, but I showed my dad the War Of The Stars ANH edit not too long ago. He got a lot laughs out of it to say the least.

I recently borrowed The Art of Star Wars: A New Hope from my local library, I was thoroughly enjoying reading it only to find someone had drawn a dick on one of the sketches in pen. How very mature.
