What's wrong with salt? I like salt. Salty salt salt. Down goes the salt. Down into my belly.
A spoonful of salt helps the medicine come up.
Or maybe George is an idiot savant.
Thirty years? That's all?

well i feel sorta like i wasted my time because i like to view the canon stories of the series.
but what i don't get is how the stuff before the phantom menace is now no longer canon.
It's easier to make a clean break and declare only the films and the current TV shows as canon instead of wading through each and every PT-era novel, comic, short story, etc. trying to figure out which ones fit and which ones don't.
does it contradict the prequels the clone wars and the original trilogy now if not what stories still can fit in the canon?
Why are you asking us to do research on a topic only you have an interest in?! Do your own damn homework!

I'm wasting my time reading this thread.
Waste it well, good sir, waste it well.

Mira Furlan ran a furlong,
"Yes" as in "Yes, they're not non-canon, but only from a certain point of view; from other points of view -- such as a bird's eye view -- they are canon, while from a worm's eye view, they're not canon, but neither are they non-canon. Of course, from a fish's eye view, they're both not canon and non-canon depending on whether the weather's fair or unfair today, tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow."
"You people remember; Baby nexu may seem like a cute idea for a pet,
but they grow up."
Try typing in English. It'd help everyone understand just what the hell it is you're trying to ask.

I was much like DJWhatever in my opinion of the EU when I was around 12. He would be hilarious if it wasn't so sad that a grown man could be so serious about fiction. :P
I'm hoping he's really a teenager lying about his age. The alternative is just too sad to fathom.

If I recall correctly, he left after having an argument with Warbler and possibly darth ender over his comments on Christianity. It basically boiled down to him saying, "If you can't stand having me here speaking my mind, then I'll spare you by not speaking here at all".
Well, that makes me sound very petty, so you get *angry wrong buzzer sound*!
;)
Oh, c'mon -- I was just being cautiously speculative since I couldn't remember the details. =P
And JFTR, I wasn't criticizing you or Warbler or defending Bingo. I do think you guys have the right to defend your beliefs and I do think he overreacted. Still, I did get enjoyment out of reading most of his non-political/religious posts here, and I do miss them.
^^Too bad Ziggy doesn't visit the forums often anymore. He'd have loved that gif.
^Sounds like a sexy combination to me.
