Is it just me, or has it been a number of weeks since team_negative1 last graced the forum with one of "their" pessimistic posts?
One Direction sucks in all directions.
You catch on pretty quick.

.....it's 2:45 AM. Why am I still awake?
Because the boogerman is outside your window?
"Bad corpse! Bad corpse! Stop ... scaring ... Danfun!"
I saw a mouse outside a window last night, and it didn't look like a regular house mouse; with its big eyes, big ears, and white underbelly, it looked a helluva lot like a hantavirus-carrying deer mouse.
So not only is my house poorly insulated -- with a leaky roof, broken doors, and bad wiring on top of it -- but it's exposed to potentially life-threatening vermin, too.
When my landlord dies, I hope he comes back as a mouse and gets eaten by a cat.

Someone should make a list of PT elements that Lucas borrowed from the EU. The multi-coloured lightsabers already seems to have been in the EU first, and so does several aliens (Dexter from ATOC is apparently based of an alien from SW Droids) so it seems like it would be quite a long list.
The double-bladed lightsaber and Aayla Secura would definitely have to go on the list.

I watched a snail crawl along the edge of a light saber. That's my dream, my nightmare.
Crawling...slithering...along the edge of a light saber . . . and surviving.
Sounds like something that would have shown up in the lousy New Jedi Order books.

Polygamy is an interesting issue, as it was practiced in OT times
Dude, Luke and Leia are brother and sister, I hardly see how this makes her relationship with Han polygamic.
Just wait 'til TFA opens in theatres ...
The cake is a lie.

I also find it especially funny now when a lot of people are now criticizing Disney's decision to make several Anthology films. Someone should remind them that they made Ewok films back in the 80's and that no-one have really given a damn about it in the past 30 years.
Hmm ... This makes me wonder if the Ewok films'll be rebranded Anthology films in future releases.

But is the dress white and gold or blue and black?
Neither. It's blue and brown.

By the way Praetor, do you want my second album? Admittedly it isn't as good as my first, but it's not horrible. :) The guitar playing is better and more "professional", but it just doesn't sound as inspired or energetic as the first one did.
What is this!? Musicians aren't allowed to self-deprecate! You have to be conceited and narcissistic, goddammit!

I thought the statue of Isis did that.
The concept of Hell has arisen in many different cultures in many different times in many different ways more-or-less independantly. American dollars haven't. =P

"The RGB colour scheme of the prequels"? The OT only had RGB, the PT added colours like yellow and purple into the mix. Of course Dark Forces II predates the PT, so technically they borrowed it from the EU.
I consider the RGB colour scheme a product of the PT because the OT never officially established red, green, and blue as being the only lightsaber colours anyone was allowed to use. Sure, those are the only lightsaber colours which make an appearance in the OT, but there are also only three lightsaber wielders in the entire trilogy, so there wasn't any opportunity to showcase a larger spectrum of colours in those films.
As for yellow and purple lightsabers appearing in the PT:
1. Only Windu -- out of all the Jedi/Sith in the movies -- has a purple lightsaber. He's basically the exception that proves the rule.
2. There are no yellow lightsabers in the PT. Yellow lightsabers made their first "canon" appearance in TCW.

Kyle's lightsaber was always blue. Except for in Dark Forces II, but that wasn't his lightsaber. That belonged to Qu Rahn.
And then he got hold of Yun's lightsaber, which was yellow.
Probably the only reason they later decided to saddle him with a blue saber was to conform to the shitty RGB colour scheme from the prequels. They did that to virtually all the EU Jedi directly before and after AOTC came out, regardless of whether those characters appeared in the PT -- or the PT era -- at all.
