STAR WARS: EP V "REVISITED EDITION"ADYWAN - 12GB 1080p MP4 VERSION AVAILABLE NOW

I would use the old Imperial motif from ANH as the Clone Motif in the PT. I would even spread it around the other OT films a bit.

I've always thought of that as more of a Death Star theme (though obviously it was used more generally for the imperials) and, as such, I'd love to hear it used in ROTJ (a film which uses the imperial march way too much). It'd be cool if it was in ESB also, but I feel like if it was only used once or twice (without the Death Star visual to connect it to ANH) it would seem kind of random.

Episode VII: The Force Awakens - Discussion * SPOILER THREAD *
Time

I never minded the Jedi robes and I thought some of them looked pretty good (the highlights being Kenobi and Anakin in ROTS I think. But I think, unfortunately, a lot of them were perhaps a size too big.

Also, I'm still torn on whether I like that every Jedi wears robes. Can't decide how I feel about the look all of them wearing robes in the Geonosis battle, for instance.

I always kind of liked the garb that this toy Obi-Wan had

I got that a bit after TPM and I thought it was awesome. This one's kind of cool too but I think I lost the figure and I never had much allegiance to it:

Hitchcock was, in a way, the best person to remake his own film, so I don't think that point is valid.

However, I'm the type of person who doesn't have a problem with the idea of a remake. Though I think they should only happen if the original film isn't great or if the new film has a new twist on the story.

But Rear Window's just about perfect so that'd be a no on the first one, and, as for the second, there have been a number of films that have reimagined its premise, so a straight remake was highly unnecessary.

Blu-Ray Of Unaltered Original Trilogy Rumour
Time

A Blu-ray release of the OOT would make money plain and simple, enough to at least cover the cost to produce it. It's an obvious win for the distributors and the audience. The only thing keeping it back was old sour puss, Mr. Lucas. No that he's out of the picture, you better believe that they are going to release the OOT on Blu-ray, no doubt about that.

The question is when. I've been guessing next year, chances are that's going to end up true. And why not? It just makes sense.

To me this rumor is just a rumor. Yeah, it's just wishful thinking. I bet these people have had no contact with LFL. But that doesn't mean there isn't a release coming anyway. Whoever created this rumor is probably just provoking the powers that be to finally make a clear statement about the OOT.

The Phantom Menace 15th Anniversary
Time

I saw The Phantom Menace when I was... wow, only three years old. Almost four, but still three.

I had only learned about the film maybe a couple months before. I was in Walmart with my mom and I came across a toy from the film (when were the first toys released? That was when I learned about it). I was confused. It was an Obi-Wan toy I think. But he was young and didn't look anything like the Ben Kenobi I knew.

See, even at this young age, the OT was my shit. I don't even remember the first time I saw those movies. To my mind, I've known them all my life. I watched them non-stop as a kid.

When I my mom explained to me that there was a new movie coming out, I was excited, but I didn't understand why it was a prequel. I came to accept that the movie wouldn't feature most of my favorite characters, and would only be tangentially linked to the OT. My expectations were simultaneously high and low.

I saw the film in theaters twice and loved it. It didn't usurp the OT for me, I didn't enjoy it as much, but I still loved it. And there's a part of me today that still does. It's not all that bad.
