Where are you seeing that 4th draft? I have a copy of the Art of Star Wars (from 1979) which has the "Revised Fourth Draft" dated January 15, 1976. In it, that scene plays like in the theatrical cut.
I just looked on the webs and I found this from IMSDb which also has the scene as it appears in the original film.

Why the discrepancy between the two? And are there other differences?

Don't forget that the script was changed for publication to match the released film. Ady's version matches the shooting script - the script at time of filming.
If that's the case, why does the script include deleted material like Luke at Anchorhead? And even within that scene there are differences. For example, Ben says: "An elegant weapon, for a more civilized time."
L8wrtr's and Hal's are both very good in my book. Honestly just check out IFDb and you'll be able to get a good sense of quality from the reviews and content from the cut lists.

I went to the antique shop today but couldn't spend to long. I thought I hadn't found anything, then, right as I was about to leave, I looked at a shelf and found this:
I'm sure some of you guys are familiar with it. It's very awesome, it's got the shooting script, concept art, all the posters, and spin-off cartoons and fan art. It's a true gem, and I got it for only $9, which is pretty good I think considering it's a first edition hardcover (though it's missing its sleeve).
All in all, a very exciting purchase.

I was surprised to read that the film received fairly poor reviews when it was released, but Carrey's best movie? No way. The Truman Show, Man on the Moon, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind are certainly his best.
The Cable Guy (1996) - An entertaining comedy. It's a bit tonally inconsistent (is it a light and wacky slapstick comedy? or a unnerving dark comedy?) and I wonder if they could have expanded upon the TV obsessed nature of the titular maniac (also, there seems to be a "society watches too much TV" message that was practically an afterthought), but Jim Carrey brings his A-game and is a delight to watch. B
It is annoying that George couldn't make it line up with the preexisting OT, but, if I were to change anything when it comes to Padme's fate, it would be the line in ROTJ. In that film, the line is rather inconsequential. I disagree that it;s a big deal. I could have been, maybe even should have been. But it's one line that barely factors into the conversation Luke and Leia are having. If you took the line out, the film is practically the same.
In ROTS, however, Padme's death is the source of much genuine emotional power, and is one of the film's strongest aspects. It's what really makes Anakin's story a tragedy. If you took it out, you would be making the film worse.
Boyhood's at 100 on Metacritic so I think you can forget about the RLM.

Well I'd imagine even if there's some sort of galaxy spanning internet, it wouldn't be hard to see why Tatooine might not have it. Also, I don't think it's so hard to believe the Empire would be able to completely suppress info about the jedi.
More generally I don't think I believe there is a galaxy spanning internet. Star Wars is more of a fantasy than a sic-fi story, so I like to see it in fantasy terms. I'm sure there are books and such around about the jedi, and people tell tales of course, but I'm not surprised that in his years on the run, Luke was not able to attain a photograph of Yoda. As well, I doubt Tatooine is a place of much culture, so I doubt too that Luke would have heard about Anakin from anyone but Owen.

I haven't complained about the animation before but everyone's right it really does look unfinished, which is a great shame because many of the backgrounds look great, it's really just the people that look weird. But whatever, I'll get over it.
The only other thing I don't like is the childish monologuing. But whatever, I'll get over it.
Getting past those things, this show actually looks really great.

Boris Vallejo's paint work is fantastic and much more fantasy styled than than most posters but the Duel-Lightsaber-wielding Vader looks hilarious to me. Almost like he could be shouting "Yeaaarrggh f**k the Rebels!"
I think it's the small size of the sabers that makes the image look silly. If they were closer in size to the film sabers then it would look much better.
Oh, and Vader's oversized arms/hands probably don't help any, either.
It's called artistic license. If we're going to nitpick posters, Luke never had the muscles depicted on this one anymore than Leia showed that much leg, or had such impressive space knockers in the movie. ;)
