As for the topic: no surprise to me. I never expected Lucas to release the OT on DVD, not as the first OT DVD release anyway. But I had hope that he would at least release them later some time. Which now I know won't happen, since he no longer supports the original cuts.

(If the edition included a completely new cut of the movie, including some of the wonderful deleted scenes, it would be interesting. But does it?)

Most geniuses create their product of ingenuity all by themselves. As I stated in my last post, if it hadn't been for those talented screenwriters, the OT wouldn't have been nearly as good (just watch the PT for comparison).

As for GL being "a genius": c'mon, man, that's bs. He had ONE good idea in his whole lifetime, how "genius" is that? Definitely not the standard definition of the term. Besides, thank the talented screenwriters he hired for the OT instead of praising GL. Simply compare the great OT with the mediocre PT dialogues (which GL wrote .... the latter, I mean), and then tell me again he was a genius. Pffft!

Okay, let's be serious: I'm with ricarleite and die-jarjar-die and partially with Bossk on this one.

What the Bush government did is not the right way to rectify a political situation. Besides, if only it had been for these "noble" reasons! But it wasn't. It's all one dirty business. It's all about money and power, not about justice and liberation. It's mass slaughter out of greed and false pride. And I'm sure Bush, Jr. isn't the one making the big decisions -- look at him, he's lacking the IQ for such a position, he's just a puppet in the greater scheme.

But hey, guys, maybe we should stay away from political discussions? It's a dangerous topic for a public board, because in most cases it's ends in a war of its own.

Let's rather fight over which SW movie is best ... that's dangerous enough, as recent events have proven. *g*

You should add that you only accept money orders from people from abroad, which involves a horrendous bank transfer fee (could be anything from 20 to 30 bucks).

Maybe you should consider PayPal after all for such a back-up copy.

Frankly, I'm starting to believe you're far from being 16 (more like 6 or 8). At least, your typing leads to that deduction (I'm not even a native speaker and I'm making less typos than you). If you're really 16, then you can't be very bright (or don't they teach spelling where you live?).

Maybe you should go read a few books in order to correct that .... but then again, books have no CGI, so that would most likely be beyond you.

I am a woman and I found your statements insulting. Besides, I was talking about charisma/sex-appeal, and you stated that Natalie's looks made her "hot".
