amen...So are you planning to just trim the Van Wilder scenes Phantom Edit style, or are there even deeper plans intended for this project...any extra scenes worth inserting? details please, DETAILS!!!

I love the work CBB Group has done & can't wait to see if/how you guys manage to turn this flop into a worthwhile picture

that's what it looks like, but if they were going to kill Brass, i don't think they'd make it so easy to figure out....i think it's a misdirect.

maybe a different cast member dies, and Brass is directly involved/responsible?

I agree...as happy as i am to knwo that there will be an official release of the O-OT, i can't haelp but wonder what will they screw up this time?

will there be another color 'correction' snafu? will the sound mix be reversed again? will they screw things up in a new and exciting way???

of course all will be known in September, but something tells me that the X0 project may still have a purpose

i know, i read that in the article Gaffer...what I meant was will they correct the mistakes in the 2004 versions before releasing them with the O-OT in September

After his talk he offers question time. One little boy puts up his hand and George asks him his name.

"Stanley," responds the little boy.

"And what is your question, Stanley?"

"I have 3 questions. First, why did the USA invade Iraq without the support of the UN? Second, why are you President when Al Gore got more votes? And third, whatever happened to Osama Bin Laden?"

Just then, the bell rings for recess. George Bush informs the kiddies that they will continue after recess.

When they resume George says, "OK, where were we? Oh, that's right: question time. Who has a question?"

Another little boy puts up his hand. George points him out and asks him his name.

"Steve! ," he responds.

"And what is your question, Steve?"

George Lucas, an avid KISS fan for over 20 years, reveals some of the new changes that his Star Wars trilogy will undergo before being released on HD-DVD in 2009.

Other intended "fixes" include a fire-breathing C3PO, a 4 foot long tongue for Chewbacca, and the famous Imperial March will be replaced by the KISS song 'War Machine'

"It was always part of my original vision of the movie" replies Lucas, when asked why even more changes were being made to his legendary trilogy

Rage wasn't banned by the usual group of wackos that tries to ban everything in this country...Rage was taken out of publication by King himself...stephenking.com used to have a statement about it. After Columbine, King thought it would be in poor taste to have that book still floating around out there

I disagree with this decisiopn because Rage is a great book, however, i'm glad to see that it was King who made this decision rather than having the book pulled from the shelves against his will

i've read them all...Drawing of the Three is my personal favorite

i'm a Stephen King fan, but the man really doesn't know how to create a satisfying ending

he can craft an excellent story. His character development is unmatched, he really makes these people REAL.

He can draw you into his world(s) & leaving you thirsting for more

Somewhere around the halfway point, the story starts to fall apart...or takes a turn that you'd rather it not take

the ending is usually anti-climactic, or just plain silly...often leaving a bad taste in my mouth & making me wonder what it was that kept me reading the whole damn book in the first place

This is evident in most of his books and The Dark Tower Series just illusrates this on a larger scale

The other big problem with The Dark Tower series is that it just took too long...much like The Star Wars Prequels, there was simply too much hype & expectations were too high

in the huge gap between the release of book 4 & book 5, too much time had passed.

the writer had changed so much in that many years (as had his audience) that it was impossible to create that same magic in the same way

the writer had been away from that world for too long, and just couldn't find his way back.

it was rushed; it was forced; and ultimately, it was destined to disappoint

i great movie, plus 3 shitty sequels & 2 sub-par TV series...that's alot of collecting for a completeist

....oh yeah, and your Matrix project sounds intriguing
