The PT is a completely unnecessary telling of events. Everything that even a good PT would have shown is better left to the imagination. The exposition given throughout the OT doesn’t need to be shown to my face. Just like any unnecessary sequel/prequel, the PT just doesn’t need to be there.
One of the other nine has to be making the PT in the first place.
The criticism of ANH’s duel is totally bonkers to me. Aside from that unnecessary spin Obi-Wan makes, it looks fairly realistic. So when and why did this “The first duel is so poorly choreographed” schtick began?
People who know nothing about actual swordplay don’t like it because it’s a boring scene with two old men hitting sticks together, and the spin is their main excuse to claim the whole scene sucks.
For the record, I actually like the spin. It may be the only part of the scene that doesn’t make sense from the standpoint of real swordplay, but I feel that it shows how old and out of practice he was. Like, in his younger days he may have grown a habit of having a bit of fun while fighting (“I’ll try spinning, that’s a good trick” 😉).

I wouldn’t call that a fact. Plus, that wasn’t the point of the fight or the scene.
…you want a legit plot-hole? Leia remembering her mother. That is blatantly impossible considering how Revenge of the Sith showed us that she died immediately after she was born.
Padme dying immediately after leia’s birth is the actual plot whole here. Not the other way around.

That duel doesn’t need a comedy video. The actual scene is already a comedy.
One thing I genuinely liked about the PT was the three way duel between Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon and Maul. The […] choreography […] were all great.

CGY is better and consistent with the other 2 prequels.

I just recently listened to that one. I’m not sure if I like Grand Illusion or Pieces of Eight better.
