I’ve got the LUT for the BD here.

I think I’m going to upload both actually. I haven’t had time to render the film yet, but I’m sure I could upload the LUT tomorrow for anyone who just wants to use that.

I’m also interested in progress on this. I hope all is going well.

^That’s why I asked if he’d be able to release both, as I’m sure most everyone else will be happy with the denoised version. Even regrained, I would enjoy a non-DNR version much more.

This looks really cool! Would it at all inconvenience you to release a denoised and a CC only version? I just hate digital grain removal, and this corrected version looks like it would be painful to miss out on. 😄

Alderaan was the only person in the thread who was being accusatory or what not. So I made fun of him for being a childish annoyance.

Drinkle didn’t have to derail the thread, it was derailed on its own existence.

We only make fun of Alderaan after he throws an unnecessary (and unfunny) insult.

Another popular dumb game was Roblox. I never understood the appeal to any of those games. If I wanted to play a dumb game I’d turn on the game cube and do some LEGO Star Wars. 😛

He probably had one of his parents set it up for him. And Club Penguin wouldn’t have been worth it. When I was little that’s what a lot of other kids at my school were playing, but it was just dumb.

First post updated with current gallery, by the way.

There is a 35mm film print scan available online. I wouldn’t call it an “end all” release, but it probably looks the best of anything you could watch. If the guys who scanned it ever get the time and/or money to make a finished release, that would be great, but to my knowledge that hasn’t happened yet.

And a 35mm copy isn’t the same as Harmy’s Star Wars releases. He uses 35mm sources, but they are Blu-ray based.

The uploader of the first video has a few Terminator videos where he claims to use the mono when its clearly the remix so I wouldnt reference his videos.

USERNAME: When I was younger I would often use Dak Ralter as a character name in video games. Sometime four-ish years ago one of my older brothers misspoke it jokingly as Dek Rollins, so I subsequently began using that instead. When I joined OT after a year of lurking I decided to use it.

AVATAR: I’ve been using pictures of Donald Sutherland as Hawkeye Pierce because when I watched MASH (1970) for the first time, I really liked the hat he wore throughout the film. A couple years ago, I found an ebay listing for a 1960s era hat of identical style, and my Mom ended up buying it for me as a Christmas gift. So I wear it all the time now, and I thought it would be fun to show what I look like all the time without a picture of myself. 😛
