^You missed one.
^You missed one.
I will say that my own evidence is physical healing, as well as some very specific spiritual moments that are hard to describe.
But they want to know what your evidence is, which you haven’t told them.
Thanks so much for this Mango and glad I could help. V2 is looking and sounding great.
If I may make an observation; as with V1, it’s still running at 60fps as opposed to the source (theatrical) framerate of 24fps meaning that the encoder has altered the source by adding duplicate frames. I can’t see any reason why this would be done deliberately so I’m guessing it’s an error in the encoding settings. Would it be a simple matter to re-encode with the original source framerate?
Well, I tried encoding at 24fps, but for some reason that caused it to drop frames and become choppy. I’ve had this problem with other projects in the past. It doesn’t add frames when I do this somehow, but it does keep it from becoming choppy. My guess is that Blu-ray rips of older movies especially are running at a high framerate to retain things like grain, where as the motion remains 24 fps. It’s something I’ve found with every project I do, and I don’t quite know the reason. I can tell you that it is non interpolated and doesn’t fill in frames unless I tell it to.
I don’t know, Final Cut Pro is weird. I could attempt a re encode, but it might cause some quality loss.
This is kind of a stupid question, but just to be sure, are you making sure that the original file being input is the same framerate as the project in the program, and of course then exported at the same framerate?
I mean, it is “all-purpose,” but yeah I think Ash is right. Maybe?
Upload complete. It’s still in the same folder so the same link still applies.
Batman?
Actually, the intention was horror-comedy, but by the time I finished it seemed more like bad straight horror, haha.
Really impressed with the screenshots. The daytime exterior shots look like still photography with the improved tonal curve.
Thanks!
The new upload has begun. Should be ready tomorrow at the latest.
Woohoo!
Yes, woohoo indeed. Halfway through rar 3 and I really hope it’s done this evening. I’m about fed up with working on this, haha. 😃
I actually loved doing this project. It’s very fun finding ways to make it look better and actually getting it to work, and I’m certainly glad people like what I’ve done. But, like I said earlier in the thread, I’ve done pretty much all I can at this point and I’m loving where it’s at, so once the new upload is complete, this project is done for the time being. But who knows, maybe there’ll be some cool stuff that’ll make it better in another year, it happened once already after all.
OH LOOK AT MR. COOL “I DON’T DO POPULAR THINGS AND I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW” OVER HERE WHAT A BADASS
Can I also count as this since I’ve never liked the MCU because I hate crossovers in movies? I also hate movies that are bloated with meaningless CGI action spectacle that looks ugly, but that’s a more arguable aspect.
The comics pretty much invented crossovers.
I know. That doesn’t mean I have to like them.

Oh for Christ’s sake you guys, it’s a dumb comic book spectacle movie that happens to have a little more emotional heft than usual to it, it’s not trying to be high art or anything.
Hey don’t look at me. I haven’t seen the infinite war and have no immediate plans to.

^Hey man, nice job!
I just really felt like having a nice six hour binge of these. Still a wonderful adventure.
I don’t wanna see a man’s double penis. He should put that thing away.
Glad to know you guys are willing to wait a couple more days, I know I’m pretty impatient myself, haha.
When I make the new encode, I will take down the currently uploaded version, since I’m too cheap to pay for my MEGA account. 😛
All that is being changed in the grade is a couple scenes with heavy flames that don’t have enough red to balance the bright yellow. The difference will be pretty small, but it won’t look weird anymore, and that’s what counts. I’m also changing the selective grade on the flames at the end, since I found a better balance when looking at these other shots.
Okay, I kind of lied about this being done for good. I made a mistake when implementing the selective color corrections in some scenes. When adjusting the colors for scenes with lots of flames, I accidentally forgot to check if work was needed in the explosion that occurs after they leave the Tech Noir, and the explosion and burning photo in the future flashback. After looking at these scenes, I feel I should’ve done some selective work in them as well.
Does anybody who already PM’d me care about this, or do you not want to bother? (the changes won’t be massive by any means, I just think the flames look too bright and yellowy in some shots)
Would it not have been ruined if DE’s post had not been before mine? Because my post was in response to Mrebo’s, and DE just happened to post at the same time. Either way I’ve ‘ruined it’ before around here so I don’t care if I didn’t get some grand joke that was being played on.
I don’t see the thread.
Are you threatening me, Master Invisible?
Wrong subforum. See Star Wars Fanedits.
Copyright law should be abolished, along with private property, all other laws, and the state in toto.
Copyright law shouldn’t be abolished; the creator(s) of an IP should be able to capitalize off their work. But after a reasonable amount of time — thirty years max — those copyrights should automatically expire and those IPs fall into the public domain.
Imagine if ANH fell out of copyright in 2007, ESB in 2010, ROTJ in 2013. Don’t know how good that would’ve been.
I don’t see the problem.
I’m going to be completely honest, I can’t complain that an “inconclusive” HIV test disqualifies someone from donating blood. Better safe than sorry. And by the way this is coming from someone who also is barred from donating blood so I know how you feel.
I give blood regularly. Apparently, redcross.org says I’ve donated 42 times.
What does that have to do with my post?
I’m not disqualified from giving blood, and I give blood often.
Try to keep up.
You didn’t answer his question.
Yes I did. My reply doesn’t have to relate to HIV.
The conversation was about not being able to donate
There are multiple facets to a conversation.
And none of those facets involved people caring that you’ve given blood 42 times. Again, mfm’s response was asking what that had to do with his post, and the answer seems to be nothing.

The conversation was about not being able to donate because of a perceived HIV risk. You just said that you’ve donated before without any context, and that had nothing to do with the topic at hand. Try to keep up.
