If its true or not its wrong to make a joke of the circumstances. I do have repect for the guys talent and i respect what he was trying to do for public misconception with the animals he delt with. He also has a scence of enthusiasm with his work that i envy as such.

Sorry guys with the bad joke.

No, i definitly seen that. Ive never read the book but i remember Renton said some spiel about being expelled for using hardcore drugs, injecting heroin and bunging stuff up his a*se. And i remeber seeing the mother superior in hospial with his leg amputated asking Renton to lick his leg stump. These were the most humorus parts in the film, yet they got cut.

Depends on your limitations really.

The priemiums start when the walker comes complete with all parts. Thats specifically ones with the clear guns that are placed on the bottom of the walkers head, as these were easy to come off and loose over time. These guns sold seperatly go for high prices. There are remolds avalible but they dont look anywhere near as good as the original cannons.

Then if you want the original box with it, depending on its condition, the box carrys its own price with it.

There is still a very healthy market for original Star Wars toys on e-bay. Sometimes you can snap up a bargin (common figures for a pound, ships for a fiver), but mostly, for sought after figures or ships, as a rule of thumb expect to pay the same, or more that you would have in the 80's for unboxed ones. And for the last toys made ie. luke in stormtrooper outfit or the imperial shuttle, things get crazy, as people currently treat them as an investment.

Darksabre, this may be constructive critisism, but its...a.....bit....well.....sad really, that you spent time scowering the web just with this aim. Why not ask the designer if it can be done 1st maybe(Cass your PM's aint enabled by the way)?

If this is your personal preference - so be it. But there isn't a need to undermine TheCassidys good work so publicly. He did great with his set.

If you dont like it - dont use it.

So don't put off future designers because of your 'personal' taste as it may put off members from even bothering to share their work here in the 1st place.

They are at Jupiter Primes web site at Novastation. You do need to become a member and pay a small fee in order to download each cover but there are some great hi-rez covers(about 5meg in size for each)on there for a selection of movies. Jup is one of those designers that hates his covers being posted everywhere over the net. As for the rebel set i'll look if i have the preview.

Here are two of my other fav. custom sets:

This is a very small selection from Corr-me from a vast set that covers all episodes, fan films, and even pc game titles using sources such as McQuarrie art/high quality film grabs and paintings.

Also on another site loved JupiterPrimes Imperial spanning spine set (there is a matching rebel set aswell).

Particular DVD brands

Which edition of nero are you using? The newest one is full of bugs (ver. 7 unless you update it from the nero main web site). I use Sony discs all the time with nero to burn video files and (as yet) have never had a bad burn when a load of others have had problems with skipping and freezing. Look on your burners manufacturing web site if a firmware update is avalible as a 1st port of call for your drive. 2.4X is usually the max speed i get from DVD-RW/DL discs and nero should at least give you the option to burn them at your drives max speed of 8X. If worst comes to the worst, i'll buy them off you, but they are by no means coasters. Plod around afterdawn and doom9 for help.

Sony use Ritek discs to some extent or another aparently. Tuiyoyuden are supposed to be the top brand though.

Also found this a while ago on the subject, though it's older media:

1ST CLASS MEDIA
Almost flawless burns with 95-100% reliable results:
PVC = Pioneer = (-R)(-RW) ... media is no longer made
MXLRG01, MXLRG02 = Maxell = (-R)(-RW) ... be aware of fakes
TAIYOYUDEN, YUDEN, TYG01, TYG02 = Taiyo Yuden = (-R)(+R) ... be aware of fakes
MCC = Mitsubishi Chemicals = (-R)(-RW)(+R)(+RW)
TDKG02, TTG01 = TDK Corp = (-R)(-RW) ... be aware of fakes

2ND CLASS MEDIA
Decent discs, though not perfect, about 80-95% success rate:
PRODISC = Prodisc Media = (-R)(+R)
INFODISC = Infodisc Media = (+RW)
SONYD04 = Sony = (-R) ... be aware of fakes
RICOHJPN = Ritek or Ricoh = (+R)(+RW)
RITEK = Ritek = (+R)(-R)(-RW)(+RW)
OPTODISC = Optodisc = (-R)
FUJIFILM = Fuji = (-R)(+R)

Battle Royale II - The not so long and boring edit! (postponed for personal reasons, please read) (* unfinished project *)
Time
I really enjoyed the 1st BR (to the extent i'd include it in my top 10 favs), and upon the strength of critisism on the net for the follow up, have avoided seeing it to avoid being let down. If after all the fat has been cut away is there a genuine follow up to the 1st film , or is it just a case of making the most out of a bad film though?
