Darth Solo

As far as the 64 goes it was the second best console i ever owned. Two of the lesser titles i loved behind Mario and Goldeneye were Pilot Wings 64 and Blast Corps/Dozer. I played them all the way through. And for the nostalgia fans of the Nintendo64 can i just say one word-----emulation, as i can now do it all over again.

The best system for me, which i went out and re-bought recently was the Dreamcast.

I traded my 64 for a GayStation and the only reason that worked for me in the end was Final Fanasy VII. I traded my Dreamcast in and got a GayStation 2 and the only reason that worked for me was Vice City. I now have a GayStation 3 and im still waiting for a reason as to why i bought it....

Nor did i until i thought about it. It helps bring the OT upto more modern standards of viewing if you get rid of some of the older more iffy SFX shots. No?

You could use one of those frames Tyler Derton spliced into his movies whilst working in the cinema in Fight Club?

Or how about a panning shot of the surrounding area as viewed through Lukes eyes with a brief snow drift with wind SFX, as if to show Luke is still scanning his surroundings during the conversation, and misses the approaching Wampa, thus adding to the surprise of the attack?

Ask again 2 edits ahead maybe.

It needs something doing with it, even if you add a ronto walking past in the foreground ;-)

Ive been mucking about with Needas shuttle in photoshop, for alternative designs, and ive come come to the conclusion im still crap with photoshop!

I did come up with a look that may be possible and plausible, even though my model looked too rubbish to post as i couldnt get the perspective right.

I took the cockpit area of both parts of the tie bomber, and added the three wings off the tydirum shuttle onto it, instead of the tie advanced wings. It works on a middle ground between both ships and looks a damn sight better that the tydirum prototype from episode 3.

I told you it was crap but you get the idea, and possibly do-able with existing footage.

I thought you really carried yourself off well in the radio interview. You gave honest, straight to the point, non-bull ship answers, unlike Mr. Lucas does in his interviews. Though the interviewers could of come up with more taxing questions for you IMHO. They sounded like bigger kiss-ass clueless idiots than some who post here :-p Myself included on that one!

Monroville, you can't work from the original Kenner models as they are all so far out from the orginal film models its unbelievable. I do agree with you, yes, and on the AT-AT windows (although that one may be a dead argument) Im just looking to see if i have a pic of the original speeder underbelly to quote you right on that one.
