ROTJ - The Kane Edit (Released)
Time

That virus is a nasty bugger as it attacks ALL drives with thousands of trojans and worms, then stops your computer from booting up. From what ive researched you need to wipe all hard drives and re-install your OS, and just start again, but you aint required to buy a new computer, its fixable (at a loss) then thats your new computer.

Ive cleaned 4 nasty buggers over years that bypassed any anti-virus, spyware cleaners, hi-jack progs, or firewall i used, but i still have the same PC with alot of work still (it cost me 2 thousand pounds to build at the time).

The rules are meant to be simple, cut and dried.  But this issue is more complex than that.  Either moderator discretion must be allowed, or there will be lots of banning.

Dude has a point. For example, if i was to make a post say about how AT-ATs fall over in a serious thread and i just replied with:

even though its on topic and just supposed to be comedy relief, would i get a warning for not being constuctive to a thread?

There are gray areas.

And do the mods have the time to take on the increased policing of the site?

I agree it needs doing absolutly, but not with an iron rod to stick with Jays statement.

Paranoid at all? Now you know whats its like to post in your currently about thread. The cry of PROBATION! hunts me.

#4 is a stinker i admit as it causes major LOLs in threads.

I stopped my BS in Adys thread a long time ago because i could see the extent of the other none related rubbish building up as a result. Now Adys thread is plagued by BS. I just brought my shit underground (which apparently still okay).

I loved the boobs though...it was soft core porn mixed with semi core gore...CRAP in other words. I dont class it as bad as Jaws 3 because Richard Dreyfuss gave me a a laugh with his cameo of his original Jaws scene.

I hate (with a passion) the latest Hollywood fixation with over age actors playing high school kids all the time though.

The latest 3D push is another rant i can do aswell.....(Dont pay extra on the cinema ticket-e-boo/not buying another flat screen to view medicore films)

I didn't deprive myself of watching horrors films.    I've always enjoyed the classic Universal horror movies and I've also enjoyed the early Hammer films.  What I deprived myself of, were the more modern gory horror movies.

Your not missing much big man, it wasnt a personal attack. Im about to watch pirana 3D, which is supposed to be gory........i bet i fall asleep before the end.

Your missing out on the SAW franchise.....which is probbably best in hindsight.

I didnt answer the question, did i. Crap happens all over the world.

I dont get why adults deprive themselves of watching horror films, my wife was the same. They deprive themselves of a whole genere of film making.

Mind you, i watched the Evil Dead and An American Werewolf in London (classic shit your pants films, with no context) when i was about 12 and that sort-a desensitised me to visual horror.

In my latest phase of film hunting, nothing scares me out there, but some snuff films are too much for me, thats the stage when you should question if you should watch something or not
