Those TB releases are sourced from digital broadcasts, but I don't think they were broadcast in HD.

(Regardless of source, the released DVDs are SD PAL.)

Speed adjustment should be done in the analog domain.
Although I suppose some digital adjustment might be required if the tapes were recorded on a battery-powered deck.

I fully agree about Nakamichi & Apogee though.

In the end I chose to call it a Cam because a) demonoid didn't have telecine as a choice on the drop-down list, and b) because I thought "VHS Rip" would be misleading to potential downloaders who might have expected retail VHS quality.

As Arnie.d noted above, Editdroid v1 used the 1985 remix believing it to be the original stereo mix.
(T)he(y) used the 1993 remix to represent the 70mm.

I too hope a complete restoration of the 70mm mix can be gleaned from morgands1's, BrianM's, and blitter's tapes.

Using Firefox, when I right-click the Hi-Res image to see its properties it says:
The image “http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a349/Mencken59/SOTS_Sleeve.jpg” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

Would you be willing to try uploading again to photobucket ?

I've never used photobucket, but for example imageshack has a "resize image" option. If photobucket has an equivalent option, don't use it. Keep the original size.

It seems to be browser-related. Try a different browser or a different version of your favorite browser.
Firefox-1.0.7 & 1.5.0.4 both work for me, while Mozilla-1.7.8 doesn't work.

Do you suppose France will get those nasty film scratches (burns?) in the Tantive corridor which can be seen in Moth3r's & Citizen's PAL LD preservations but aren't in the NTSC LDs ?

My burner takes both -R and +R blanks.
And it can set the booktype bit on +Rs so my standalone player thinks they're silvers.
