Anakin's Force Ghost
Time

I prefer Hayden Christensen. Technically, it would make more sense for Anakin’s ghost to be played by Sebastian Shaw, for the reasons Hal has already explained. But I prefer Hayden for a matter of nostalgia and because of my great love for the Prequel Trilogy. I mean, seeing Hayden’s face makes me feel a lot of emotions, his face is the absolute representation of what Anakin is to me, and I can’t say the same thing about Sebastian Shaw. Hayden’s face is a face with which we Prequel fans and Anakin fans can identify ourselves with, and see it allows us to feel a lot of emotions that otherwise we wouldn’t be able to experience. So, from a certain point of view Shaw makes more sense, but I prefer Hayden. However, if one day we can find a good version of ghost Hayden that’s closer to his 40s (maybe taking fotage from Kenobi or whatever) then I think we should replace the original version. This way, Anakin’s ghost would be the redeemed Anakin like Shaw, but at the same time he would still be Hayden.

Oh, I completely forgot to mention one more thing. I would like you to re-add the scene with Yoda and the younglings. Can you do that? This and the re-add of the Mace/Obi/Yoda Temple scene are the only changes I would like you to do to the part of this edit that incorporates your edit. But if you can’t do that, it is fine anyway. This is an optional change.

I hope that you can accomplish this work very soon, and thank you very much for being available. A very few people would have been kind enough to help me, so thank you very much. When you send me the finished work, I will immediately save it on my Google Drive. However, keep it on your computer for at least a day, this way if there are any problems with saving the file then we will have at least one day to try to fix them before you permanently delete it and leave it totally to me.

Also, to anyone reading, please don’t consider this open season on requesting a ton of slightly modified versions of my fan edits. That’s what the ProRes output I make available is for, so that anyone could take my work and tweak it however they’d like or stripmine it. Malgus presented a simple idea and disability preventing him from achieving it, expressed with sufficient detail that I believe he would if he could.

Well, I wouldn’t call it a slightly modified version of your edit, because after the scene in front of the fireplace the rest of the film remains as in the original cut (except for Anakin’s confession and the Yoda/Dooku duel). But still… If I didn’t have problems with my eyes and if my computer was a good computer, then I probably would never have asked for help, in fact, I probably would have created this fan edit by myself a long time ago…

You know what? Now that I think about it, maybe it’s better to cut the first kiss altogether, because the first kiss on the lake creates a lot of problems. Maybe it’s better if their first kiss is in the Geonosis arena. So, the order of the scenes would be this:

  • Obi-Wan arrives on Kamino, speaks to prime minister
  • Padmé visits her family
  • Obi-Wan tours the facility and sees the clone troopers
  • Meadow picnic
  • Obi-Wan questions Jango Fett
  • Sunset dinner, leads right into fireplace scene (with my modified version of the dialogue)
  • Obi-Wan reports to the Council in the rain

Maybe it’s better to cut off the first kiss altogether. The fact that their first kiss is on Geonosis makes everything more epic and realistic, so just cut the first kiss, and that’s it. It works better.

I’m not sure I’m following the order of scenes you have in mind. If the fireplace scene is to be retained, it would be best to leave the original transition into and out of it.

TAS basically replaces the original kiss by the lake scene with the Padme’s family deleted scene, then uses the kiss later to replace the fireplace scene.

What order of scenes do you want to have? Let me know and I can try to make that happen, but it can be rather tricky to get a decent audio transition and sometimes that limits what I feel good about.

Oh, maybe now I understand what you mean. Basically, your problem is that if you add the scene in front of the fireplace, then there is one scene you don’t know where to put, and therefore the order of the scenes and the jumps between Kamino and Naboo get messy. Did I get it right?

Well, if that’s the problem, then you could turn the scene where Anakin levitates the pear and the kiss scene into a single scene. That is, when the scene where Anakin levitates the pear ends, you insert a transition and go straight to their kiss on the lake, without jumping on Kamino first. In this way, despite being two different scenes, it turns out like if they’re one scene and therefore you can add the scene in front of the fireplace without any problems. Then, after the kiss, you jump on Kamino, and then you return on Naboo with the fireplace scene.

So, the order of the scenes would turn like this:

Arrival on Naboo;
Padmé’s family scene;
Scene on the grass;
Pear levitation scene/Kiss scene;
Fireplace scene.

The sunset grading for that scene was meant to replace the fireplace scene. If you like that placement for the kiss scene, though, I could try to have it fade into that scene, though it would break it up. I’d recommend letting me place it earlier, either where it was to begin with or swapped with the meadow sequence.

The scene of the kiss is set during sunset, but the scene in front of the fireplace is set when the sun has already set. So there is no inconsistency. Padmé interrupts their kiss because she thinks she’s wrong and thinks it’s not right to be carried away by her emotions, after which in the scene in front of the fireplace she consistently explains her reasons, and she explains why she thinks that engaging in a relationship with Anakin is not possible. But then in the Geonosis arena she lets herself go, openly recognizes her feelings and kisses him, again. So the sequence of events is fine as it is in your fan edit, you just have to add the scene in front of the fireplace, making the dialogue smoother, and add the interruption of the kiss. After the interruption of the kiss we jump and see Obi-Wan on Kamino, after which we return to Naboo with the scene in front of the fireplace. Then we return on Kamino, etc.

And I can export it as ProRes, if that works. Or mp4.

Its fine for me! ❤️

So you’re talking use my edit of AOTC up to the kiss, which you want to be as in the theatrical, and then the theatrical AOTC for the remainder of the movie except to still remove Anakin’s confession?

Exactly.
I would like their kiss to be set during sunset (as in your edit) and I would like both of them not to say anything (as in your edit), but I would like to keep the moment when Padmé interrupts the kiss. In addition, I would like to keep their discussion in front of the fireplace, but making the dialogue smoother. Something like this:

Anakin: From the moment I met you, all those years ago, not a day has gone by when I haven’t thought of you. [Anakin looks at her for a few seconds, in silence]
Padmé: I can’t… We can’t… It’s not possible.
Anakin: Anything is possible, Padmé. Listen to me…
Padmé: No, you listen! We live in a real world; come back to it. You’re studying to become a Jedi, I’m… I’m a senator. If you follow your thoughts through to conclusion, they will take us to a place we cannot go, regardless of the way we feel about each other.
Anakin: You’re asking me to be rational. That is something that I know I cannot do. Believe me, I wish that I could just wish away my feelings, but I can’t.
Padmé: I will not give into this.
Anakin: Well, you know, it… it wouldn’t have to be that way. We could keep it a secret.
Padmé: We’d be living a lie, one that we couldn’t keep, even if we wanted to. I couldn’t do that. Could you, Anakin? Could you live like that?
Anakin: No. You’re right. It would destroy us all.

In addition to Anakin’s confession, I would also like to cut the duel between Dooku and Yoda. I have nothing against the CGI used in that duel, but I think it would be more epic if the first time we see Yoda using his lightsaber is in Revenge of the Sith against Sidious. So this duel needs to be cut. Oh, and I’d also like the original scene with Mace, Yoda and Obi-Wan in the Temple to retake the place you assigned to the Mace and Obi-Wan scene on the platform.

I could throw that together for you in whatever file format and approximate size you’d prefer, though I won’t hold onto it after passing it along to you.

I want the file to be in MP4 format and have the highest definition you can give it. As for the size, I don’t know, so I’ll let you decide. The important thing is that the quality of the file is not lost due to the size. If to maintain the video and audio quality the file has to be heavy, then so be it, but if you can make sure that the file maintains its highest quality even without making it too heavy, then for me it’s okay all the same. I’ll let you decide.

I must say it’s a weird request, like the first half of the movie is fan edited and the second half more or less isn’t.

I know it’s a weird request, but this is the way I think Attack of the Clones should have been originally edited. That’s what I want to see. By the way, it’s not even necessary to change the title of the film, you can leave it as “The Approaching Storm”, since I love this title for the film. And you can also leave the opening crawl as it is in your original edit.

I need help for my AOTC fan edit
Time

Hi guys. I need help.

I would like to create a fan edit of Attack of the Clones. However, there are problems that prevent me from creating this fan edit directly. First, I’m completely blind from my right eye, and although I see with my left eye, I only have a tenth of a view, so I see very little and therefore I find it very difficult to stand for too long in front of a computer screen. Secondly, my computer absolutely sucks and I don’t have enough money to buy another one, which is why every time I try to open a video editing program my computer freezes and I can’t go on. Because of these problems, I can’t directly create the AOTC fan edit I would like to create, so I would like to know if someone is willing to help me.

The changes I want to make to the film are really very simple. Basically, it’s about taking Hal 9000’s fan edit until the Naboo lake kissing scene, then editing the lake kissing scene, and then leaving the rest of the film as it is in the original version, but cutting the scene where Anakin confesses to Padmé that he killed the Tusken. For those who are used to creating fan edits and who don’t have my problems, such an edit should be quite simple and shouldn’t take much time. So I’d like to know if any of you are willing to help me with this.

The 2019 versions are the most recent ones. The “maclunkey” versions.

Are there 2019 Special Editions? 😮

I like it, but I would keep Anakin killing the younglings. I mean, it would be better if after the Kenobi scene, we jump on Utapau to see Obi-Wan, and then we return in the Temple, and everything else is like in the original ROTS. This way, we can imply that Anakin is killing the same younglings we see in the Kenobi scene.

What’s the number of the AOTC scene in which Anakin confesses to Padmé about what he did to the Tusken? I mean, the duel between Darth Vader and Obi-Wan in ANH is Scene 38. But what’s the number of this scene? Also, what’s the number of the scene where Leia kisses Luke to make Han jealous? And what’s the number of the ROTJ scene in wich they placed “Jedi Rocks” in the Special Editions?

Is there any fan edit that turns the Prequels into a TV series but without changing or altering anything? In all the fan edits of this kind I found on this forum, the Prequels are turned into a TV series, but at the same time the authors changed and altered things from the films themselves. I would like to know if there’s a fan edit that turns the 3 movies into a TV series, but in wich the authors don’t cut or alter anything and just limit themselves in turning the Prequel movies into a series.

I usually watch the films in chronological order, excluding both the Sequel Trilogy and Solo. So:

The Phantom Menace (Blu-ray)
Attack of the Clones (Blu-ray)
Revenge of the Sith (Blu-ray)
Rogue One (Blu-ray)
A New Hope (2011 Special Edition)
The Empire Strikes Back (2011 Special Edition)
Return of the Jedi (2011 Special Edition)

Sometimes I also like to watch the films in the Machete Order (without excluding The Phantom Menace), but most of the time I watch them in chronological order, because I am a very meticulous person and I prefer the chronological order.

The Prequel Radical Redux Ideas Thread

I’m not very radical about the Prequels, because I love the movies as they are and I don’t think there’s much to change. However, if I have to think about some radical changes, then a good idea would be to turn Attack of the Clones into Episode I by incorporating some flashbacks from The Phantom Menace to establish the relationship between Anakin and his mother and why it’s so important in Attack of the Clones itself. After that, turning Tartakovsky’s series into Episode II by merging all episodes into one big movie, and then leaveing Revenge of the Sith as Episode III, maybe making Padmé die because of the injuries she had on Mustafar because of Anakin, instead of making her die of broken heart. The Phantom Menace would still exist but it would turn into a simple spin off. This is the most radicalism I can come up with when it comes to the Prequels. It’s my limit and I really can’t cross it.

Star Wars: The New Universe
Time

WHAT IS “STAR WARS: THE NEW UNIVERSE”?

My idea consists in a re-proposal of the Death of the Author project, but in a less conservative and more open way towards the Prequel Trilogy. My idea is to start a project of total and complete rewriting of the entire Star Wars universe. The only materials I would like to keep are the original 6 films created by George Lucas and Rogue One, while everything else, from the Old Republic to the New Republic, including the Clone Wars, is completely rewritten from scratch. Unfortunately, I’m not very good at writing stories. I’m good at creating lore and worldbuilding, I’m good at providing new ideas, but I’m not really good at writing stories, so to start a project like this I need a group of people who are good at writing and that can help me. I would like, in short, to start a project of rewriting of the Expanded Universe in which I am the man who provides ideas and others write the stories. For this reason I write this post publicly, so that those who want can participate in this project. Of course, although I’m the man who provides ideas, this doesn’t mean the authors of the individual stories cannot come up with their own, original ideas. On the contrary, everyone who writes the individual stories has the right to come up with their own ideas, and I encourage the authors to be creative. But I’d like to be considered as the primary source as far as worldbuilding, lore and things like that are concerned, since the project is mine and since I already have in mind about 50% of the lore of the new universe.

TIMELINE

This is the timeline of the Star Wars universe that I’ve managed to sketch so far:

[In this alternate rewritten version the Star Wars universe didn’t originate with a Big Bang, but is a static universe (i.e., it doesn’t expand) and is timeless. So, the formation of the Galaxy isn’t equivalent to the birth of the Universe]

  • 13.000.000.000 BBY. - Formation of the Galaxy.

  • 40.000 BBY- Invention of hyperimpulsor and start of interstellar travel.

  • 39.000 BBY - Formation of the Human Empire and colonization of the Galaxy by Humans, which results in the spread of the Human species throughout the Galaxy, which is why Humans are scattered all over the Galaxy in the films.

  • 35,000 BBY - Collapse of the Human Empire following various Separatist revolts across the Galaxy. Although the Human Empire isn’t racist towards aliens many systems begin to desire independence from the Empire, which results in the collapse of the Empire itself.

  • 26.000 BBY - Formation of the Jedi Order. Force-sensitive people across the Galaxy begin to unite and form the Jedi Order, which is the first religious order of Force-sensitives ever created in the Galaxy. Creation of the Jedi Temple on Coruscant and many other temples across the Galaxy, like the Temple of Jedha.

  • 25,000 BBY - Formation of the Galactic Republic. The Republic is founded by the main Galactic core planets, but later expands to cover large regions of the Galaxy.

  • 6000 BBY - Schism in the Jedi Order. Some members of the Order leed by a Human male called Adas begin to practice the use of the Dark Side and alchemy. They separate from the Jedi Order and create the Sith Order, abandoning the Jedi Temple of Coruscant and moving to Korriban, on which the Sith Order creates its own central Temple and academy. After the formation of the Sith Order the Force begins to be unbalanced, as Sith manipulation of the Force is a source of imbalance for the Force itself. The Prophecy of the Chosen One is revealed to the Jedi Order, which foresees the destruction of the Sith Order and, in fact, the restoration of the Force balance. Despite the schism from the Jedi Order the Sith still have no belligerent intentions towards the Jedi and the Republic, and simply stand on Korriban in peace, practicing the use of the Dark Side and doing their own things without bothering anyone.

  • 5000 BBY - Darth Revan, a red-skin female Twi’lek, becomes the Dark Lady of the Sith (that is, the head of the Order). She has expansionist and imperialist plans to conquer the Galaxy, destroy the Republic and the Jedi and create a theocratic Empire ruled by the Sith. She begins to militarize the Sith society, on Korriban immense cities and arms factories are built. In summary, she begins preparations for a massive invasion of the Republic.

  • 4980 BBY - The Sith led by Darth Revan invade the Republic. The period of the Old Sith Wars begins. Within six years, the Sith manage to conquer 1/3 of the Galaxy. But finally they’re repelled and the Republic and the Jedi are victorious. The war ends in 4970 BBY, with the invasion of Korriban by the Republic and the destruction of the Sith Temple.

  • 4500 BBY - The Yuuzhan Vong invade the Galaxy. In this version the Yuuzhan Vong are different from the original Vong. They’re an extragalactic species, but they’re not against the use of technology. On the contrary, they’re an extremely technological and very powerful alien species, which has conquered all its own Galaxy forming a powerful, very advanced and hyper-technological Empire, and which wants to expand its domination to neighboring galaxies, including the Star Wars Galaxy. The Republic begins a war to repel the invaders and the Jedi Order is involved in this war. Veradum, a male Human member of the Jedi Order, becomes the main hero of the war against the Yuuzhan Vong. His courage in battle and his willingness to help the weakest people make him loved and respected by most of the Jedi Order. However, during the war he often approaches dangerously to the Dark Side, because of the many battles and situations that force him to use violence even when he doesn’t want to.

  • 4989 BBY - The Republic wins the war, but Veradum, seduced by violence and the Dark Side, becomes a Sith - Darth Malgus - and begins to gather all the other Jedi who like him have been seduced by the Dark Side during the war. They rebuild the Sith Order and rebuild the Temple on Korriban, launching another invasion against the Republic in order to conquer the Galaxy and submit it to their will. The war is devastating and lasts about four years, culminating in a Republican victory in 4985 BBY. Darth Malgus redeems himself shortly before dying. With the defeat of Darth Malgus the Old Sith Wars period ends.

  • 1100 BBY - A random Jedi goes to the Dark Side for a random reason (I don’t have many ideas about it), becomes the new Sith Lord and declares war on the Republic and the Jedi again, beginning the New Sith Wars period. The war lasts for 100 years. The last battle of the war takes place on Mustafar, and it’s so devastating that it results in the transformation of the green and wooded planet into a volcanic planet. The Sith lose the battle and are exterminated by the Jedi and the Republic. Darth Bane, a common Sith among many, is the only survivor. Following a lengthy reflection he came to the conclusion that it’s necessary to change the Sith Order, so he begins the Rule of Two, takes an apprentice and starts the Great Plan, that is, overthrowing the Republic from the inside and taking power from the inside.

  • 1000 BBY - End of the New Sith Wars and reformation of the Republic. The Coruscant Reformation is introduced, the Republic is completely restructured and more power is given to the Senate. The Jedi undertake reforms too, such as abolishing the possibility of marriage and having children and abolishing the possibility of joining the Order as adults, allowing only children of a certain age to be admitted into the Order.

  • 147 BBY - Darth Plagueis is born. He is the master of Darth Sidious and is a very important Sith, because thanks to his experiments of manipulation of the Force and midichlorians Anakin Skywalker will be born as an adverse reaction of the Force itself. Plagueis’ experiments will bring the Force to the limit of endurance and give birth to the Chosen One as a response to the Sith experiments.

  • 102 BBY - Count Dooku is born.

  • 84 BBY - Sheev Palpatine is born.

  • 57 BBY - Obi-Wan kenobi is born.

  • 46 BBY - Padmé Amidala is born (hallelujah).

  • 41 BBY - Anakin Skywalker, the Chosen One, is born.

  • 32 BBY - The Phantom Menace happens.

  • 24 BBY - Creation of the Separatist Alliance.

  • 22 BBY - Attack of the Clones happens. Start of the Clone Wars.

  • 20 BBY - Anakin Skywalker is granted the rank of Jedi Knight. He has no padawan.

  • 19 BBY - Revenge of the Sith happens. Death of Padmé Amidala (RIP) and end of the Clone Wars.

  • 2 BBY - Foundation of the Rebel Alliance and start of the Galactic Civil War.

  • 0 BBY - Rogue One/A New Hope happens.

  • 3 ABY - The Empire Strikes Back happens.

  • 4 ABY - Return of the Jedi Happens. Death of Anakin Skywalker (RIP), destruction of the Sith Order and restoration of the Force balance.

What happens next? I have no idea…

Most Powerful Quote in all the Star Wars films.

That line always resonated with me. So much firing of the imagination, the potential, the world-building, the fall of that era to the Empire. So disappointing given what we have seen to date, and also haven’t seen in the films so far.

I’m not disappointed at all. But I’m weird, so maybe it’s for this reason. 😄

How to do the Clone Wars?
Time

Although this thread is very old, I discovered it by chance browsing the forum.

DuracellEnergizer said:

In my personal SW Universe, there are three different clone wars. Only the Third Clone War makes an appearance in my PT, though, as the first two occur decades before the events in my rewrite.

Here’s a rundown of all three Clone Wars:

First Clone War (78-75 BBY)

Prior to the First Clone War – or the New Mandalorian War as it was known as at the time – the Mandalorian civilization had been at peace with the Old Republic for thousands of years. This all changed, however, when Ranah Teh Naast – an insane clone – rose to power over the Mandalorians and crowned herself Mandalore the Destroyer.

A incredibly charismatic ruler, Mandalore the Destroyer managed to convince most of her people that they had grown complacent and stagnant in the millennia following the original Mandalorian Wars, that they were allowing their culture to die out through slow assimilation into the Republic. So, with these fears in their minds and hearts, the Mandalorians allowed themselves to be thrown into a war against the Republic.

Having grown complacent themselves over the millennia, the Republic didn’t have a large standing military and they found themselves unable to adequately defend themselves when the Mandalorians invaded, leaving only the Jedi – who did have a massive army – to defend them.

At first, the Mandalorians were victorious; not only was their army twice the size of the Jedi’s, but they had managed to nearly cripple the Jedi army by capturing and destroying many key shipyards and military installations. However, Mandalore’s own unstable mind proved to be her own undoing, and she began making decisions which led to more-and-more losses to the Republic.

In the end, the Mandalorians found themselves facing destruction at the hands of the Republic, but Mandalore – conceited and insane – refused to make peace. Finally fed up, a faction of Mandalorian dissidents assembled and staged a coup, assassinating the insane clone and ending the war in the process.

There was to be no peace for the Mandalorians, however. With Mandalore the Destroyer gone, a power vacuum was left behind, and the Mandalorians – those who had rebelled against her and those who had remained faithful – became embroiled in a civil war. Eventually, this civil war led to the devastation of their capital world and the fall of their civilization.

Second Clone War (63-54 BBY)

In the years following the end of the First Clone War, many systems became dissatisfied and disenchanted with the Republic for failing to protect them and their interests during the war and began calling for reform within the Senate. The Senate refused to listen to their pleas, however, and basically ignored them.

When the Count Doku of Serreno, a former Jedi master who had left the Coruscanti Order after becoming disillusioned with their principles, came out of seclusion and became their spokesman, these disenchanted systems assembled together into a unified secessionist movement known as the Confederacy of Independant systems and began crying for separation from the Republic. Their demands were made peacefully, diplomatically, but the Senate refused to offer any concessions or make any compromises, leading to increased tensions between the two sides.

Finally, it all came to a head when a group of Republican spies were captured and imprisoned on the Separatist world of Geonosis. Instead of operating through proper channels, the Republic sent a squad of Jedi in to forcibly extract the prisoners from captivity, sparking off a large battle between Separatist and Republican forces.

In the wake of the Battle of Geonosis, the Confederacy of Independant Systems ended all talks with the Republic and declared its worlds officially free of Republican governance. In reply, the Republic declared war against the Separtists.

Following the First Clone War, neither the Republic nor the Confederacy had populations large enough to support large armies. The Separatists, however, had managed to overcome this handicap by creating a large army made up of formidible battle 'droids. The Republic, in turn, contracted Spaarti Creations – a large biotech firm which specialized in cloning – to grow a clone army to use against the Separatists. Using top-of-the-line cloning techniques, Spaarti Creations cloned the first clone shock troopers within a year’s time on their headquarters world of Cartao, and the war began in earnest.

The war was long and bloody, and many Jedi, feeling that the Separatists were in the right, left the Republic to side with the Confederacy. As the war raged, both sides became increasingly corrupt and committed countless atrocities. More-and-more politicians with loyalties to the military were elected into the Senate, leading the Republican government to become ever more militant.

The Second Clone War finally came to an end with the Battle of Coruscant and the Mission to Mustafar. Doku was slain aboard his flagship the Invisible Hand, decapitated in a duel against his own son, Jard, while the other leaders of the Confederacy were all slaughtered while in hiding on the world of Mustafar by Dark Jedi assassins under orders from the Republic. With the head of the Confederacy cut off, it soon fell apart, leaving the Republic victorious.

In the wake of the defeat of Doku and the Separatists, the Galactic Republic was reformed into the Galactic Empire. Cos Dashit – an admiral who had won many major victories for the Republic – was crowned emperor, and the Senate – which had originally been headed by a democratically-elected president – was now headed by a supreme chancellor, the emperor’s personally-appointed representative.

Third Clone War (53-35 BBY)

The seeds for the Third Clone War were planted and began to sprout while the Second Clone War was still being fought.

Iain Cadmus, the atha prime – or head clonemaster – of Spaarti Creations began accruing more and more power within the company, working his way up the hierarchal ladder until he succeeded in becoming the president of Spaarti Creations.

Once in power, he began using the resources at his command to begin the realization of his dream – to create a perfect civilization built on the foundations of eugenics and genetic engineering. As the atha prime, he personally supervised the creation of a new batch of clones – clones who were genetically modified to be wholly subserviant to him and his fellow athas. Using these clones, he secretly deposed and replaced important figures in the Cartao goverment with replicas who answered to him. In a few short months, he became the silent ruler of the entire planet.

With Cartao now under his control, he began to plan ahead, to spread his power to other worlds. All subsequent shock troopers produced for the Republic were engineered for complete subserviance, all with the full approval of the Senate, the members of which believed that unquestioning clones would make for better soldiers on the battlefield. Unbeknownst to them, Cadmus had also encoded these new clones with post-hypnotic suggestions which would cause them to rebel against their Republican commanders upon his order.

Months following the defeat of the Confederacy and the Republic’s transformation into the Empire, Cadmus went through with his plan and issued Order 66 on a special frequency to all clone fleets throughout the Empire. Receiving this transmission, the clone shock troopers turned against their Imperial masters, slaughtering them and taking full control of their ships. Within hours, Iain Cadmus – the atha prime of Spaarti Creations – had control over an entire vast fleet of formidible warships.

Thus began the Third Clone War. The clones became figures of terror as they conquered worlds upon worlds, harvesting billions for their genetic material. Jedi and other Force-sensitives became specific targets of the Clonemasters, as their DNA was used to grow Force-sensitive generals for their armies.

The Imperials, left largely with a fleet of older model Venator-class star defenders, struggled to fight back against the Clonemasters with their newer Imperator-class star destroyers. They managed to hold their own against the clones, however, and slowly but surely, the Imperials began to recover from the initial clone assaults and reacquire captured planets and resources.

The Third Clone War was the longest and bloodiest of all the Clone Wars. It finally came to an end when Cartao itself was invaded and captured and all the Clonemasters were rounded up and taken into Imperial captivity.

With the end of the Third Clone War, the athas where all tried and convicted of war crimes and sentenced to life imprisonment while the Senate passed a series of laws which made cloning completely illegal.

The Clone Wars proved to be the Known Regions’ bloodiest conflict, with more than a trillion beings losing their lives. The various sects of Jedi, who had started out so great in number that together, they had had their own standing army, were reduced down to a mere 36,000,000,000. Entire worlds were left depopulated.

The economy, too, was devastated, leading the Empire into a severe depression. With this depression, corruption began to sweep through the Senate. Son Hhat, the second emperor, proved to be a far weaker leader than his predecessor and became a puppet of the corrupt senators. This all eventually paved the way for Palpatine’s rise to power.

I really like the idea of multiple Clone Wars. If I were to rewrite the Prequel Trilogy then I would like to implement this concept, however I think I would reverse the order of the Clone Wars. The First Clone War would become the second, the second would become the third (that is, the one that would appear in the Prequels) and the third would become the first. So, the First Clone War would be the war against the Clone masters, the Second Clone War would be the war against the Mandalorians, and the Third Clone War would be the Republic War against the Separatists, and it would be the war that would appear in the Prequel Trilogy. Darth Sidious would be the Sith Lord, but the war between the Separatists and the Republic would be the only Clone War he would orchestrated, since he wouldn’t be behind the other two Clone Wars. Dooku would still be his apprentice and from the Third Clone War the Empire would born, just like in the original Prequel Trilogy.

The Clone Wars: Refocused [COMPLETE]
Time

I’ve actually had this same sort of idea for creating a new Episode II out of Clone Wars episodes (both Filoni’s and Tartakovsky’s) for my own version of the Prequel Trilogy (Episode II as Episode I, this fan edit as Episode II and Episode III as is).

That sounds interesting. I’d really like this idea. But you should edit Attack of the Clones to introduce some flashbacks from The Phantom Menace in order to establish Anakin’s relationship with his mother and why it’s important in Attack of the Clones itself, otherwise it couldn’t work as Episode I.
