Are you kidding? It's still the same comic it's always been. Miller's basically writing an overt self parody at this point. There's no other logical justification for lines like:
I'd say Peter would win, since Peter has certain useful abilities Sylar doesn't. Parkman isn't dead, so Sylar can't read minds. Hiro isn't dead, so Sylar couldn't stop time.

There's still plenty of exploration, and you're not constantly confused and wondering around aimlessly for hours on end like in Super Metroid.
I still say Metroid Fusion is the best. The design of the levels and the fact that you're given a basic sense of direction unlike in Super Metroid, plus the new moves like hanging off edges and such.
I've been considering picking up the new DS pokegames whenver I have the money but the whole 'no online play unless you have a friend code' is a major turn off.

Huh? Considering that his training conicided with the Millenium Falcon flying from Hoth to Dagobah with a broken hyperdrive, I'd say it was weeks or months that Luke spent training.
It's good to see that some places left in the States have enough common sense. I just wish the president and Congress would quit being so lax on the issue, otherwise we're never going to get any meaningful changes.
I said from the moment I left the theatre that a good fan-edit could make Spidey 3 a great film. Take out the stupid distracting sceens during the final battle, cut down on Dunst's bad acting, maybe trim the Emo Hair Peter scenes down a bit. Dub over Venom's voice.
And good lord, something needs to be done about that Sandman resolution. Too bad we can't borrow Thomas Haden Church to shoot a scene where he turns himself in.
I'm looking forward to it, but I'm not very optimistic.
I actually enjoyed the first Fantastic Four movie where a lot of people hated it. It was a good popcorn flick even if Dr. Doom wasn't done very well. What makes me not-so-optimistic about the new on is that from what I've heard, Galactus won't be the massive armored Devourer of Worlds we know from the comics, but aparently according to once source, he's going to be... a big storm cloud.

Two tried to create importance, but it was ultimately fluff. There were lots of questions to make it seem profound, and contrived suspense, but no real payoff. And then, to top it all off, the "real world"...wasn't.
WTF? There was no 'Matrix Within A Matrix'--that was just fan speculation.
It is pretty stupid society beats on middle ages white nerdy virgins, but considers is fairly common and mostly okay for a 15 year old to become pregnant and perfectly acceptable for her to have three more kids by the time she reaches 25 and still no husband from any of the four fathers...
Who considers that to be "okay?"
It's not so much that a 15 year-old having kids is considered okay, it's that kids today are encouraged by peers and certain moronical elements of the media to have sex and not give a flip about the consequences.
