George Lucas' 1971 feature film THX 1138 has had its DVD release rumoured for some time, and a few weeks back we reported that it was heading for R2 UK on 28 June 2004. However, its release has now been put back to 26 July, but with it we can reveal some new details.

The disc will be priced at £19.99, with the following specs (all to be confirmed):

2.35:1 Anamorphic Widescreen

Audio Commentary by George Lucas

Documentary - 'A Legacy Of Filmmakers - The Early Years Of Zoetrope'

Featurette - 'The Making of THX 1138'

Lucas Short Film

Soundtrack formats and the artwork are yet to be released, along with confirmation on the above extras. When we know more, we'll let you know.

I have the .torrent files that you can keep on your computer. Do you mean youve got the torrent files and they dont download or do you mean youve got the link to the site but the sites gone.

I cant find any links but i have the actual torrent files for all 3 movies if anyone wants them, I dont have the 4th disc file.

Hi everyone very interested in getting one of these sets. TR47s set looks great but i wont be getting it since im in the UK. So im thinking of getting one from ebay.

Has anyone seen the five star silver set on ebay.

Also does anyone know anything about these files:

Star Wars Ep 4 - A New Hope - PRE SE LD RIP
Star Wars Ep 5 - The Empire Strikes Back - PRE SE LD RIP
Star Wars Ep 6 - Return of the Jedi - PRE SE LD RIP

There all torrent files but there like 4 gig each.
