Looks like the 97 Special Editions bootlegs will definately need to be purchased now, isn't it scary to think kids that have grown up with the prequel trilogy might only get to see the 2004 original trilogy.

I dont know how many people know about this guy but he does these digital paintings of space and there just soooooooooooooo brilliant.

Ive just looked at some of the wallpapers and there just fantastic.

Does anyone know what happens to film prints that go out to the cinemas after they are used. Because I have heard of projectionists keeping prints. So could there be someone out there with a print of the Pre ANH SW or any of the originals.

Or is this very unlikely.

For the best transfer from the LDs to DVD would you need proper high end equipment, or is the stuff that you guys use on with the computer good enough? It would be good if someone who worked in a studio or something could do a real high quality job.

Anyone ever heard of an alternate ending to ROTJ?

Ive seen this dvd on ebay UK called Star Wars: the untold story

It says you get a workprint of an alternate ending to ROTJ, the auditions and 52 mins of deleted scenes.

Is this real?????

Everyone:

We need to compare all the versions, TR-47s the ebay sets and the torrents, see which version is the best.

We need video(fps), audio(Hz), aspect ratio info.
