That line is present in the 1977 mono mix, and the two Special Edition mixes (1997 and 2004).

I tried to watch all of Ady's theatrical TPM reconstruction a couple months ago. I got past the podrace sequence, pretty much just so I could justify seeing something that was different compared to the official DVD. Then I gave up.
On the plus side, Ady did a wonderful job with the reconstruction.
I haven't tried to watch AotC in at least three years, and I tried to watch RotS around the same time as TPM, but I got through even less of that.
Spider Goats remind me of this:

You're scared of mice and spiders, but oh-so-much greater is your fear that one day the two species will cross-breed to form an all-powerful race of mice-spiders, who will immobilize human beings in giant webs in order to steal cheese.
Nah, he should stick with the same logo he used for ANH:R for all subsequent Revisited projects. For consistency's sake.
"I'm Spartacus."
"And so am I!"
... and we are all together?
Good start. Here's my suggestions:
1) Less feathering on the drop shadow
2) The drop shadow needs to be shifted more to the right and slightly down.
For reference, see this image of the theatrical subs from Empire of Dreams (taken from myscamore's thread; ignore the subs in the letterboxing):
--edit--
Also, the theatrical subs for both Star Wars and Jedi have this weird thing where, when a sub ends at a cut, it actually ends 3 frames before the cut. I don't know if you want to replicate that or not. It doesn't really matter to me, in fact I think it looks a bit weird that way.
I 100% agree with you, Bingowings.
That's the problem, though. People DON'T have a choice. I would have no issue whatsoever if the OOT was released alongside the SE in the best quality possible.
Let's use E.T. as an example:
I have no problem with the E.T. special edition, because the DVD contained both versions in comparable quality.
But if it were announced tomorrow that E.T. was being released on Blu-Ray, but the theatrical version would not be included, I would be angry and would refuse to buy the Blu-Ray and tell others to do the same.
For another example, Blade Runner. I prefer the Final Cut to the theatrical cuts and "director's cut," but if that were the only version available I'd be very upset. Inferior though they may be, the theatrical cuts are a part of film history and should be preserved.
But it's fine because every version - including the freakin' workprint, which nobody was asking for - is included in stellar quality on the Blu-Ray set.
See, nobody really cares that Lucas wants to keep changing the films. He can do that all he wants.
What we care about is the fact that he does so at the expense of the earlier versions.
Hell, the 1997 SE has never been released on DVD, and that bothers me. I'd probably never watch it, but it really pisses me off that I can't.
Same thing with the theatrical cuts of Attack of the Clones. The only version available anywhere is a version of the DLP cut, with further alterations. The original 35mm cut has never been seen since theaters, and the original DLP cut, while not that different from the DVD cut, can't even be restored (by fans) because there's no reference available.
Same goes for The Phantom Menace. The DVD cut is not the same as the theatrical cut. The only version I own now is Adywan's reconstruction of the theatrical cut.
Hell, even Revenge of the Sith, which is almost exactly the same as the theatrical cut, isn't 100% the same - a wipe was replaced with a cut (or vice versa). While that doesn't bother me near as much, it's still not right.
I don't know how to wrap up this rant, so I'm just gonna end it here.

I responded to your question in the Blu-Ray thread.
Think Ady's ESB reconstruction. Only a very small portion of the footage will be from the GOUT.
So your GOUT V3 set will be a true theatrical cut, whereas this will retain some of the less-obvious SE changes.
I figured this thread might be more heavily-trafficked, so if someone that reads this thread but not the other one happens to know of a shot or two, they could respond here.
I'd check myself, but I don't own the 2004 DVDs (just the GOUT, and I mailed all three Disc 1's to Lucasfilm as a protest ... never heard anything back).
So many implications in this thread ...
Anyway, I mentioned in a thread in another part of the forum, but figure it's best to post it here, too:
Are there any pre-SE shots from Jedi in Empire of Dreams that can be used in this project?
And I have to post this, because I laughed for about a full minute when I stumbled across it:

I do remember they would show marathons sort of like Spike TV does now, mostly over Holiday Weekends. I do remember watching a SW marathon sometime in the mid-90's on Christmas Weekend, it was still the originals, so it had to be before 1997.
I distinctly remember the first time I saw Star Wars on TV after 1997.
Up to that point, I'd enjoyed the SEs, mainly because it was nice to see the films in a theater and the changes were interesting in a "what if" way.
But then, they were showing Empire on TV. I was excited and sat down to watch it (even though I owned it on VHS, I still liked to watch them on TV, commercials and all). But then the wampa scene came ... and it was the Special Edition! They hadn't said that! I was sure it was a mistake. The SEs were for theaters only, right? And the VHS box clearly marked "Special Edition," right? They couldn't possibly just pretend the originals never happened!
Oh, how wrong I was...
Don't forget Empire of Dreams!
--edit--
Which reminds me, are there any non-SE shots from ROTJ in Empire of Dreams that you can use in your reconstruction, Harmy?
Oh, that? I'm surprised you remember, it was so long ago.
At any rate, you're quite welcome.
Your PM has been responded to.
Nothing illegal happening here, move along folks ...

If that don't make you go hmmmm, I don't know what will.
Well, it didn't.
I'm going to go back to not getting involved in this thread. I'm not even sure why I did - I stay out of the politics thread for pretty much this exact reason.
Which font is it? The editing suite computers at school here are chock full of fonts specifically for titles and subtitles, and I'm sure it's there. I could ... ah ... "procure" it for you for free if you like.
What? Of course they were confident. It was structurally weakened, and it was clear it was going to collapse.
1) The building had been weakened in the initial attack/collapse, and it was clear that it would collapse eventually. The BBC had all the reports prepared for when the building finally did collapse, so they could talk about it right away. The early reading of the report was accidental, much like when obituaries for celebrities who are still alive are mistakenly published (as they have them ready so they can report on it as soon as possible).
2) That's BBC, a British channel, not American, so it's not that odd that they didn't realize the building was still standing there.
I see no evidence of anything more than that in the clip you linked.
