There has to be a least one quintessential duel. Obviously not every character has to brandish a lightsaber every five seconds like ROTS though.
Not interested at all in the Rebels animated series, the Dark times comic arcs where Vader goes around slaughtering the post-Order 66 Jedi remnant are all I need from that time period.

During the part where Luke is blasting off in his ship to Bespin, Obi wan is talking to Yoda and says "He's our only hope", Yoda says "No there is another". What exactly did he mean by that? Was he referring to Luke's course of action and how it would change, or that there was another way to do things?
The films do the novel no justice.

I was 5 or 6 years old and my Uncle and Mom had the old VHS tapes and I fell in love with the series. My mom gave me some of her old Sandtrooper and Stormtrooper toys, and I bought every toy from Luke Skywalker in his Orange rebel squadron outfit to the TIE fighter pilots.
No need to mention the prequels.

I just bought the remastering on DVD, and the CGI clashes so badly with the original set. In Mos Eisley the Sand troopers on Banthas contrast so horribly with the extras moving, and my girlfriend whose only see the OT once saw the CGI version of Jabba and cringed.
I will pick this up.

I could live with an unconnected Dark side organization. Would be great to see a Dark side using Gungan for once.
The Sith are a core part of Star wars at this point, I would hope they or at least some Dark side element would be apart of the film. Maybe an undiscovered Sith sect, or something unconnected with the Banite line or an Empire in general.
I liked that they at least attempted to flush out other worlds in the SW universe. I would love to see Korriban, Onderon, Lehon, Dxun, Ziost, or a lesser known world just on the big screen, but with less CGI and more human interaction as opposed to Shot-reverse-shot.

I hate Revan more than I hate The Phantom Menace and Attack of the clones. This third generation of SW fans that put him on par to Luke/Vader/Palpatine is quite possibly the most irritating thing to me of all.
