What are the fans biggest complaint about TLJ?
That people complain incessantly about it.
I don’t think the work or Harmy’s overall workload now and then are comparable, so it’s probably not a great metric to go by.

Has anyone else had a near 180 switch on their opinions of this movie? For about the first 9 months after TLJ came out I hated everything about it and thought it was the worst Star Wars movie since AotC. But, after re-watching the it and coming to appreciate the themes more than the action, my opinions softened a good deal.
I still have issues with the pacing and comedy, but I really like the direction with Luke and how he wasn’t just a fanservicey power fantasy that overshadowed everyone and saved the day singlehandedly. I think it’s a pretty decent Star Wars film, and it greatly annoys me how every comments section of any video relating to the ST inevitability has a million dweebs repeating the same nitpicky shallow complaints and whining about how Disney ruined Star Wars.
I loved it coming from the theater though I didn’t think it was perfect. Interestingly, I’d say my main criticisms of the movie are the same as yours–mainly slightly too much (and too dumb) comedy and some pacing problems around the casino sequence. We just came to those conclusions at different times.

If it weren’t for our anger at the burying of the OUT, would anyone here care about completionism with the prequels? There are probably tons of movies with tiny little changes like this on home media that no consumer ever noticed.

They probably have no idea.
All the more reason to include the theatrical prequels as well. It would be a fair, balanced, and straightforward approach if they simply included the original and final versions of I-VI.
But what if I want to watch a pan and scan version of ROTJ with Hayden but without Vader’s noooooooo. That’s the version I grew up with!

I’m pretty sure this violates the use agreement for digital codes packaged with blu-rays and should therefor probably be kept off this site given its mission and the fan edits etc.

A great illustration of a major problem I have with ships and tech in general in the prequels. Why does the OT-era ship have an analog cockpit, while the older, PT-era ship has a glass cockpit?
I guess it would make sense if they followed Trumps advice re: cockpit automation…

The worst part about 10 relative to 7 for me is that they discontinued the classic UI. But the default in 10 is a huge improvement over Aero, so it’s not that big of a deal.
