There is absolutely no confirmation that he is making three more movies. The only thing he has done is make his employees since NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements). This effectively shuts anyone up from being able to talk about what is happening on the Ranch. If anything, look at it as a precautionary measure. Find the thread entitled "Episodes 7,8,9" and read more in there. The last couple pages in particular. It has a lot more information and it beats trying to repeat it all here.

I never noticed the uniforms in reverse. That's fine to change. As for Han, I did notice that a while back but forgot about it. HotRod, it's not that his shirt is different, it's that he's wearing his vest (or actually his Bespin jacket) when he's put under, but he comes out of carbonite in just his shirt. What, did the carbonite eat away the jacket fabric only?

Well, mine is pretty obvious. Best damned bounty hunter in the galaxy and natural enemy of Wookiees.

I've been a Bossk fan since the release of ESB back in '80 and he was always one of my favorite figures. Along with Boba Fett, he had one of the coolest scenes in the movie. I actually still have something like three of the original Bossk figs. It's also my license plate on my truck. Very few people get it. They think I'm slightly arrogant since my first name begins with a "K" and they think I'm saying "Boss K". Morons. My wife just thinks I'm a geek. I can handle that. She should just be happy I don't have all my SW stuff on display throughout our apartment.

Just wanted to point out that while, yes, this is a change from the originals, it's not really classifiable as an SE change since this was footage originally filmed but cut. So, adding it is really just like making a "true" director's cut of a film. It would be the same if they added in the Jabba/Han scene, but without tweaking it by putting in the slug Jabba or Boba Fett. Otherwise, it is just resplicing a deleted scene. Granted that one would make no sense to add in without changing, but you get my point.

I, also, like the Biggs scene and would like all the Biggs scenes restored.

3 lines may not seem like much, but Boba Fett is a character shrouded in mystery and those three lines are very telling of who he is. I can understand that it really isn't that great a difference, but it's just another example of a change that is wholly unnecessary. If they change what he says, then I'm gonna be a bit more vocal on the topic.

At this point, I'm resigned to the fact that what is coming out in September is pure shit. That's why I'm not buying them. I'm renting them. I want to see what he did, but without contributing a penny to his bank account.

Soulflare, those covers are INCREDIBLE! I am very much looking forward to hi-res copies. And, to think I just printed out some definitive collection covers yesterday (based on the Faces Edition covers) to use with my DigitalFreakNYC set. And I was stoked by those. These, however, are just spectacular. Any plans to do covers for the PT that fit in with these so we can have a custom hexalogy?

No, read a little. Obi Wonton said "animated or not anything's got to be better than the phantom menace" and I agreed that just about anything is better than TPM. Then he said "Well damn, something's better than nothing" and I disagreed with that by saying that I'd prefer nothing to having a CGI episode 7-9.

A lot of guff, I agree. And I think they look like crap. Further reinforcing my opinion that you cannot replace the series 100% with CGI.

That's all determined by your settings. The default is 20-25 threads per page. But you can set it to show as many as you want by going into your "customize" options in the top right of the screen. You need to be logged in to the forum to see the customization.
