I don’t like the clone body idea. I prefer having his original body survive.

But I think it just raises too many questions. How did his body survive exploding TWICE? How did he survive being in the vacuum of space for who knows how long? How did the Sith Cultists know he was alive, and find his body amid all the wreckage? It makes much more sense for Palpatine to have a contingency plan involving clones, like in the novelization.

Naboo is known for its use of decoys and Palpatine is from Naboo. I was half expecting George to prank us in the PT by revealing Sidious and Palpatine to be 2 people after all. Or maybe one of them a droid.

Kenobi: Trials Of The Master - Fanedit by PixelJoker95
Time

I had an idea for an added scene in ROTJ where Luke is flying his XWing near Yavin and he reaches out with the Force to pull a crystal from the Death Star wreckage. That’s why it’s green. In my view Jedi have blue swords, Sith red but Luke is new. Green like springtime. But it is born out of tragedy. That’s enough poetry from me today. 😁

Info Wanted: Should ADYWAN re-edit the prequels?
Time

Adywan has an eye for narrative as well as particular set of skills. But he said he isn’t going to. However if a set of films really needed fixing it’s every Star Wars film after Empire. I hope someone does big shake up edit of these. The nearest complete edit for me was Blackened Mantle by shaking up the script… Most of what’s wrong with star wars could have been fixed with a pen.

I disagree.

Well, I believe the majority of the fanbase would prefer Anakin saying something about giving his saber to his child in Episode III. Any attempt that sucessfully manage to make this work in a fan edit is generally well received, since this increase Anakin’s character.

Besides that, the fact that this Obi-Wan line isn’t adressed in any way before or after he said it, in any movie, just make this fact weird. Why the lie about Vader killing Anakin is adressed in ROTJ and that one, not? The audience then presupposes that that one is a fact, and then after ROTS we discover that the whole story about Anakin giving his saber to his child is just one more lie from Obi-Wan. This just makes we question how many more lies Ben told in the movies, a man who was supposedly meant to be a honorable jedi…

One way would be to have Vader fight with a red saber and have Obi-Wan get the blue one from Padme and manufacture a line from her saying he wanted it for the child.

STAR WARS: EP IV 2004 REVISITED ADYWAN *1080p HD VERSION NOW IN PRODUCTION
Time

I really prefer Beru’s lines in the mono mix. I heard the stereo version first but I guess I heard the mono version more because of taping the television broadcast. It sounds more natural to my ears. Which Beru will we be hearing? +++edit+++ opps… Answer given in the opening post… My apologies++++

STAR WARS: EP VI -RETURN OF THE JEDI "REVISITED EDITION"ADYWAN - ** PRODUCTION HAS NOW RESTARTED **
Time

I always thought the close ups of the AT-AT heads were a bit problematic even in the original theatrical presentation because of the lack of visable atmospheric noise (for want of a better term). The effect used here amplifies the problem. Cold air has a depth to it just as heat has. It’s one thing they couldn’t quite crack in the late 70s. There is so much right with the sequence that’s its hard to complain.

Obviously surprises must be kept but the new death of the Executor is it going to be a weightier collision and closer?

I know its controversial but I like the weight of Grievous’ ship crash in Episode 3. I can imagine something of a similar scale.

Having the previously menacing signature ship of the main antagonist go out with all the impact and scale of a paper plane does diminish it somewhat.

The Dream of the Giant Fractal Woodlouse.
Time

I had a dream that I was talking to the grandson of Frank Sinatra. Who was visiting Glasgow before meeting with Johnson at some big do in London. A civil servant lady interrupted the conversation saying that the Johnson meeting was off as there were giant Tornados and hurricanes ripping through cities on continental Europe and everyone was being moved into shelters… In the dream everyone just took it in their stride. Here we go again sort of thing. It was quite scary.
