The Place to Go for Emotional Support
Time

The classic pattern of an anxiety attack is one of a feedback loop. The method for breaking it is to keep trying to replace the unwanted input. It will not work all of the time but the more you try the less you will repeat the same input material. So when you get an urge to watch a theological film watch something else even if you are frantically itching to watch it. Even if your mind is desperately trying to bend the topic of what you are watching to a theological theme just accept it and carry on watching the other thing regardless. It will be difficult, it will frustrate you but if you keep doing it the pattern of inputting the output of your input will break. Even then you will have recurring anxiety but by then you will be stronger. Keep at it and keep away from the theological videos as much as possible. I really had to fight the urge to pick up a plastic bottle in the other side of a busy road today. I used to get into quite a state about picking up litter. Now I limit myself to what is at my feet and not darting from street to street in all weathers trying to pick it all up.

If you need to B*tch about something... this is the place
Time

It’s suddenly summer again so I was able to cut the grass at the front. The cat crap problem continues to vex me. It can’t be the same cat, unless it’s immortal. Now I’m bunged up with pollen. On the plus side I saw a magnificent bug. Sort red cricket thing. I’ve never seen its like before, not on this planet, wish I had my camera to hand. The bees sang to me. I love them, bees.

Info & Ideas: ESB and ROTJ Wishlist
Time

It might be an idea that when the shield is shown to be still up and the Rebels are being hammered by the Imperial fleet and the Death Star weapon a small group of fighters try to bombard the shield dish from space with no effect because of the reach of the shield.

That would underline how important it is for the ground attack to work and tie the two battles together.

What's the Weather Like Where You Live?
Time

From mid April until about 2 weeks ago it was boiling hot. I had to get the electric fan out because Scottish houses have this very simple form of air conditioning (we open or shut a window). Yesterday I had to have the Central Heating on and the rain… wow. Looks like we are saying goodbye to that continental weather. Lucky for us the River Carron is tidal so no flooding yet.

One of my most biggest self-identifying revelations on this site is my town’s claim to fame, being home to the first drive thru ever, and it was in a McDonald’s. Sally they destroyed the building about 15 years ago and replaced it. Don’t know what they were thinking.

I’ve always hated Sally. Now I have even more reason.

Argggh productive texy.

The real life WRONG PICTURE! Thread.
Time

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DARTH-VADER-21-ACTION-FIGURE-VARIANT-Marvel-2016-1st-Print-/331881599374?hash=item4d45af518e:g:1aAAAOSwOVpXYDES

Clearly not a picture of the man himself.
When did this annoying trend for comic covers looking like action figures start?
It’s really annoying when you think you have got a real bargain on ebay only to discover it’s a sodding modern comic book.
