is there anyway of undoing the audio stretch (for want of a better description) of when palps is putting on the Robes 

it always sounded artificial to me & if he is now showing his true self surely this transformation becomes redundant

Ben danger has a good idea about Anakin being a hologram informing Windu about Palps' true identity

Why not have Anakin turn earlier on in the movie so that he is the inside man manipulating the Jedi 

have him find out about palps then have (Holo) Anakin inform Windu about Palps' true identity, then have Anakin waiting in the shadows for when mace & co. arrive, & he can come from behind & take out Fisto & the other 2 jedi (who went out like pussies in the official version IMHO)

the one thing I HATED about RotS was the damn dream sequences' 

they were completely out off sync with the rest of the series, & would be one of the first things to go if I had the ability to do an edit.

actually you wouldn't see the glow at all. the most you would see is a point of light. i may add the point of light but only if i can do it convincingly.

Your right it would be damn near impossible to pull off convincingly, but if anyone could pull it off it would be you AFAIAC

just here to trow the odd idea in there as I can't do editing myself due to my iMac having SFA RAM & HD space

I'm posting this here as I don't think Ady would go for it on his edits but its open for anyone else to try

I was thinking of a way to join the 2 trilogies together, in as subtle away as possible, & I have seen some attempts on youtube where people have inserted footage of the PT into the sequence where Vader is watching luke get fried in RotJ & thought if this could be done with sound alone it would work alot better 

Specifically in TESB, where yoda is teaching Luke to see time "old friends long gone" we could have padme say something like "I can still feel good in him" or have dialog from one of the cut scenes of Bigg's

another way to link the  series would be to have Qui Gon say the line "No, There is another" but this one would depend on how you edit/interpret the PT in the first place.

If a slight echo was added to it & it was in the background it wouldn't really take away from the existing footage & could potentially be quite powerful if done right.

but in a stylized fantasy universe such as SW I think its forgivable

I'm pretty sure most, if not all of the footage exists (minus the statue bit of course)

so with a lot of cutting it is doable

I'd love to see somebody (SSWR, Bingowings) throw together a New ending for RotJ after Ewok celebration that would go a little something like this -

Night -

Camera closes in on jedi temple as celebrations can be heard outside

Luke looking out over coruscant as ben & yoda sit in there old chairs 

(maybe) Qui~Gon (& thats a BIG maybe) appears in the centre of the room beside Anakin

Cut to senate building Via Palps Statue being toppled

Mon Mothma is stood in central podium

with Senator Leia organa coming into view on floating podium, 3Po & Others are with her.

(if Lando is killed in DSII)

cut to Bespin 

Statue of Lando is revealed to rapturous applause 

Han looks up to it with a sad smile. Chewie  & Wedge are stood with him.

as for Naboo & Tatooine I just don't know of a good way to show those two planets
