Thanks ady, but Sony Vegas won't let me render to MPEG-II at 23.976 fps... does Vegas just prepare the Pulldown for DVD Architect or does it actually render the video as 29.7 fps? From my understanding 23.976fps+Pulldown=29.7fps ragardless, so does it make a difference?

Hey ady, if I'm working at 23.976fps, should I convert that to 29fps using the DVD Architect MPEG-II template to just avoid pull-down all together for the final render?

I finished my Star Wars: Renascent edit and I needed to render it in an MPEG container that is compatible with DVD Architect. I need it to be in the full DVD resolution and quality. Can someone please tell me the preferences I need?

By the way, the final running time is approx 3:09:50 (3hrs9min50sec)
Well the edit's done. I'm just waiting on ady to see what his MPEG preferences were so that I can render it.
All I can say now is that the final render will come in the next week or so BUT then I still need to get to work on the DVD menu and I have never worked with DVD Architect so I'll have to learn how it works first. If you guys have your copies of Renascent could you possibly check some visual transitions and tell me if any of them looked too fast or too slow to you? Thanks!

Also, I was going to add pencil sketches of the cast similar to have a credit sequence similar to the one at the end of Return of the King

I just finished inserting the first PM scene. Damn that was a real pain in my ass. I'll do more work tomorrow.
I've been working on it today. I have work tonight so I'll get back to the edit after work. I'm just about done now. Shouldn't take too much longer.
Left to do I must:

The first of the two is grayscale. Bottom one is colour.
Yeah there is no possible way I can get this done for the 25th. I have a crap load of papers and assignments due by mid-December. Once I go into my break, I'll be trying as hard as I can to get it done and ready to go. The first thing to do after the final render is to reformat my computer and possible purchase some RAM if I can afford it, if not then I'll just make do. Next I'll make some previews while I work on the DVD and then eventually release the DVD and Xvids together.

If your trying to grab the track from the official DVD, I strongly suggest DVDFab to copy the DVD to your HDD, and then you can grab the ac3 track from there with PGCdemux. This method has hardly ever failed me.
That's what I did and I still got the problem. ;) It worked for ANH, ROTS and AOTC just not for PM.
