What I meant was he’d be in the suit, since that’s what he was in when he saved his sun. He should be at the very least scorched grey and bald, not with a full head of hair.

Really, though, I get that was technically the true beginning of the Empire, but I thought it felt like the Imperial March was getting overused and out of place in the PT.

Hayden the person? No. But I do hate the idea that Anakin reverts to his younger self upon his death because “that’s when he was good.” Anakin was on the “good side” when he died; that’s the whole point of ROTJ’s ending. He should appear as the version of himself that died saving his son from the Emperor IMO.

I needed a distinctive name, and probably the most immediately apparent change is that I’ve made Ajan Kloss into Teth by turning the plants purple.
I have also been working on the Prequels, it’s just the changes haven’t been radical enough to warrant uploading clips of. So far it’s mainly consisted of cutting stuff out. Vast swathes of RotS have been removed, the Chosen Prophecy is entirely gone, Leia being a Skywalker has been eliminated from the entire Saga, Anakin being a creep and ranting in AotC is all gone, Padme is no longer the Queen, etc… I’ve lightly touched upon the Originals but nothing radical yet, in no small part because I don’t have anything radical in mind for ANH or TESB. RotJ will hopefully get a major makeover and I’ve started that with things like eliminating the talk with Obi-Wan’s ghost and reinstating Yub Nub (but with the Christensen ghost). There’s more details in my the changelist document. Anything crossed out has been fully implemented.
Here’s a first pass for the Falcon arriving early in TRoS. It looks pretty good to me, but the color grading might need some fine tuning, and it’d be nice if I could make the ship slow down as it approaches.
Would it be possible to make Holdo a straight up villain? As is she’s an antagonist that the film decides the last minute is actually the good guy, and we’re wrong for hating her. What if instead she’s genuinely “a coward and a traitor” as Poe says, but realizes the error of her ways, leading to a redemption via kamikaze?

FWIW, I cut straight from Palpatine saying “Master Kenobi” to Obi-Wan and Anakin in the elevator. Did a similar thing when Snoke says “Han Solo.” in TFA.
So I was looking at my edits’ runtime and noticed TLJ is by far the longest (as in the canon cut), while TroS is the shortest at just shy of two hours. As you all know Finn and Rose have nothing to do in TRoS, but they have a whole sidequest in TLJ. Therefore, what if we moved Canto Bight to TRoS? Idk how one would implement it. On TLJ’s side, you obviously just skip over Canto Bight straight to the Supremacy, but for TRoS, finding a place for it would be a lot trickier. Heck, the different costumes and especially different haircut for Finn make it practically impossible. The person they’re looking for on Canto Bight could instead be Lando. Idk, just a thought. Probably not doable, but who knows.

I mentioned this in the Resurgence thread for the Shaw ghost, but wouldn’t it be a good idea to do a 3D model of Hayden’s head (with photorealistic textures) to better incorporate the Hayden ghost into ROTJ? Either that or convincingly deepfake Hayden’s head onto a similarly-sized costumed body double (with ROTS-like wig) duplicating Shaw’s expressions.
Ideally you’d do both, but we’re not exactly Corridor Digital.
Really, like hinventon said, the Ascendant Anakin ghost looks great, and it didn’t need any of that fancy stuff.

I’ve been at IT for the past 45 minutes and none of them can get the wi-fi working on my laptop. It was working just fine last week. Must’ve been the Windows update that broke it.
Concerning the Teth regraded, there was an exchange on Discord and Act on Instinct appears to have come up with a grade that doesn’t noticeably bleed while still appearing distinctly purple, if perhaps a little less so. The clip I had wasn’t meant as final. The lightsaber color is clearly off, for example, and Rey has purple eyes. Hopefully this new grade fixes that, although I don’t mind doing a few quick manual fixes if need be.
Oh and it’s probably worth noting the cave will mostly have green plants. They’re to hard to change the color of, so I’ll just paint a few symbolically in EbSynth and call it a day.
