Upon seeing those pictures, I remembered that this is a spoiler thread. I like small teaser like this, but I don’t want to have anything major spoiled, like a surprise appearance of an old character, or just the general plot. I take my best option is to leave this thread?
Star Wars has a pretty nice logo when stacked. The thing is, it’s got a hexagonal shape, so when you unstack it, it just looks like two awkward trapezoids. Anybody got some idea how to fix this?
It doesn’t really matter if the story needs to be told so long as the end result is entertaining (that is, unless it’s one of the cases where knowing more takes too much mystery away, but this isn’t one of them). TPM may not be as relevant to the story as AotC, but it sure as hell is more entertaining.
Why complain about the flawless CG Leia rather than the admirable, but could use improvement CG Tarkin?
Leia showing up at all was pure fan service, and really makes no sense if you think about it. What was a senator doing at the Attack in Scariff? Strategically speaking all she was was a liability. If she was captured, Alderaan would be proven guilty of rebellion. She wasn’t fighting nor did she have any expertise, and the plan was to escape via the big ship (as per Raddus’s orders) not the freighter. Why is she there?
Or, you know, they put her there for continuity?
Either it hasn’t been revealed because they’re gonna move it to earlier in the timeline, or this show is gonna run alongside Episodes VII and VIII in the chronology.

How you feel about RotS probably depends a lot on how much you care about story versus execution. RotS because I’m just glad to see the story unfold, even if it’s not perfect. Some people find it’s poor execution more offensive because it’s a more important episode, but I just like because it’s important.

Oh, I agree! That looks pretty good! I found it ironic that Titan A.E. caught some flak for doing the same when anime has been blending the two since Lensman in 1984.
The CGI was not made to blend in. It was not cel-shaded or anything. It was like Time Jam’s CGI.
Thank god he has a personality!!! After Rebels, I had pretty low expectations. This show looks less bland.
Also, Filoni won’t be showrunner for this show, as he’s busy with TCW. He’ll be giving advice, though.

Anakin, the youngest of the two, is 20 in AOTC. If you remove the “no contact in 10 years” bit, they could have been fucking for as many as four years without it being “gross” or damaging
