Star Wars In 3D
Time
The 3D glasses looked like some nerdy style glasses. I appears like there are two lenses in each eye, I'll take a picture and post it tomorrow... it is a completely different kind of 3D. Nothing 'pops' out. Instead it is layered. It is as if the scenery is in the back while a hill could be closer and a person walking would be out front. It is like your perspective if you were looking at it in real life. It is cool. No I haven't seen any new 3D IMAX films. Even if it seems a little premature I think the sooner the better. Although I'll probably only be seeing 3 of the 6 movies in 3D.

Star Wars In 3D
Time
Well, recently in a town close to mine they showed 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' in 3D. First movie that I know of recently that made the change using the new technology that Lucasfilm was involved in. I must say... I was impressed. It is not normal 3D, it is more of a perspective 3D that makes thing appear as if they are all in front of you. Anyway, my point is that I feel that Lucas will do Star Wars in 3D and, even with the newly enhanced special effects, it could be quite an experience. My bad if anybody mentioned this already, but if not, lemme know if anyone saw the new 3D technology and if anyone thinks he'll (Lucas) release the trilogy in 3D.

Idea: Clerks 1 1/2 Special Edition
Time

I wanted to create a ‘Lion King 1 1/2’ style film made from Some scenes of Clerks, Clerks 2 (when commercially available), some from Jay and Silent Bob Strikes Back, the deleted scenes from Jay and Silent bob strikes back, ‘The Car’ scene on the X anniversary edition and one of the scenes of the cartoon. Any interest or other footage that could be deemed usable in the film

Help Wanted: for a 'Game of Death' - 25th Anniversary Edition project
Time

Hi… a little while back I mentioned working on a recut of Game of Death using stock footage, redone scenes, and cut scenes from documentaries and footage from the 1978 version. I would’ve continued replying in the topic I created a while back about this but I have been unable to reach it (it will not load for me for some odd reason) so I decided to post a new topic in hopes to gain some insight. I have obtain footage from a documentary and from a reconstructed storyline (GOD Storyline documentary) and I finally now have time to continue working on it. I have all the footage necessary (I suppose I’ll use Mac the Ripper to rip the scenes from DVDs and Docu’s necessary and IMovie to just cut out what I do not need.) but what I am going to be left with is just the raw footage. The different footage varies greatly in color and I would need to use garageband or protools or something to edit the audio and soundtrack once the footage is altogether but I am not exactly sure how to begin tackling the project once everything is on my Mac. I have Final Cut but have no idea how to use it and there are things that I need to do like correct color so the footage doesn’t look to different… a part of the stock footage has the corner of the screen turning green for a few seconds and I’m not sure how to change the aspect ratios or resolution or anything. My friend’s boyfriend was going to teach me how to use Final Cut but they split up and now I am on my own. I was wondering if it doesn’t trouble anyone if I could get some help. Thanks in advance.

Help: looking for... Some help putting this together - a Marvel comic film collection
Time
So I finished a Region 1 DVD-R of Captain America... the quality is fair... 90s' vhs steeze. I bought the Flash series DVD and have the episodes needed to make the 3 Flash movies that were made. And I need to know if they are intergrated, or just played on after another.. and if the title credits only play at the beginning of the first episode.

Fantastic Four is on myspleen and if anyone has it can they please seed it? (i dont know if me asking that is a violation of any rules here but if it is I'll edit the post) and I found the 1978 and 79 Captain America TV movies online for sale in a region 0 set... I can't find the videos though anywhere else

Any news on any of the other films??
